  1. It was. And if you count JER’s two runs separately, he’s the second longest running head writer in Days history, behind Bill Bell.
  2. If he was fired, he has absolutely no one to blame for this but himself. You can only shoot yourself in the foot so many times before you look down and see that you don’t have any feet left.
  3. I sure am glad we can still access SON today 😂😂😂
  4. Before I talk about today, I just gotta say how much I love Colton Little’s smile 😍😍😊😊😊😊 As for today, welcome back Sonny, Paul and Andrew! We’ve missed you all a real lot 😊😊😊😊😊 All three of them had great scenes today with their families. And they all seemed to fit back on to the canvas so effortlessly. Seriously, like a glove. Even Andrew, and he hasn’t even had that many scenes with Theresa, Roman, Stephanie, etc. Days really should do whatever they have to do to keep at least Andrew on full time. And as always, Leo was unnecessary. Half of the families couldn’t make the wedding but of course Leo had to be there. And had to have a scene with Sonny 🤮🤮🤮 Thankfully, it was brief. Dude seriously is the appendix of Days lol The actual ceremonies felt a little rushed, but I didn’t think they were terrible. I especially liked Maggie’s speech at the beginning of Xander and Sarah’s. And now that Alex and Theresa are married, there’s such an opportunity for the effects of this reveal to play out for such a long time and for so many characters. And Days would be pretty stupid if they didn’t run with it. Let this be the catalyst for something huge and amazing. The cliffhanger was expected but I thought it was good. It has me really looking forward to next week. Btw, Happy 7th anniversary, Uncle Ron! Now, stop with the stupid crap, please
  5. The famous scene. RIP Bob Newhart
  6. I actually went back and looked 😂😂 And I don’t get the point of why he did that either And for Gwen too. The way her character was treated and then just tossed aside was absolutely gross.
  7. Brady needs his brother. And the Brady family needs their Andrew 😊😊😊 I’m assuming he doesn’t read the fan opinions about Leo 😂😂
  8. Hopefully, we’ll get a scene of Paul with Zach’s Sonny 😊 But judging by the way today ended, we’ll see what happens.
  9. I’m hoping that she gets closer to Tate somehow over the summer, while Holly’s working at the Bistro, which I’m not sure how that’s gonna work either when Stefan sees her there 😂 I read the spoilers too and if they turn out to be true, then Emily O’Brien is gonna rise up pretty far on the list of people that Ron owes an apology to.
  10. Goes to show you how much I paid attention to his scenes, because I don’t remember him having licorice at all 😂😂😂😂😂 Tomorrow will be better! 😊😉👍
  11. Team Sophia! And Team Justin too! Tate and Holly do kinda deserve it for what they did to her at prom, even though her blackmail scheme is a little stupid. Hopefully, she’s written well and becomes an actual spoiler for Tate/Holly. If she’s gonna be the new Jan, I’d rather she be Teen Mean Girl Jan instead of Psycho Jan. As for Justin, I’m so glad that he finally lost his s*it with Alex today and let him know how he was feeling. That part of the storyline really needed to be played more, a lot more than Alex’s thing with Kristen and Theresa should have. We should have seen Justin talking about the way he was feeling about all this a lot more. With Bonnie, or Maggie or Sonny. Anyone. I liked the Brady/Theresa scenes too. They almost seemed like closure for the two of them, which also does kinda suck but I thought that they both did a good job. Hopefully, Theresa sticks around once all the secrets come out. There’s still so much that can be done with her.
  12. I actually wouldn’t mind a storyline like that. Let their own feelings, worries, fears, etc. be the main things that drive them apart for a little while instead of some sinister outside force like Theresa or Sophia. Sophia could actually use those problems in order to manipulate the situation.
  13. Ehhh… I think this is worth waiting for 😍😍😊😊😂😂
  14. It just feels different this time for Eric/Nicole, especially now that they have Jude. And now that they’re older and have been through so many struggles, maybe they finally could have that conversation about why they keep making the same mistakes 😂 And promising that they’ll do better, as part of their reunion. Plus, I know it’s not happening, but I would still love for Holly to find out the truth about her father’s death and let that have to be the next obstacle that Ericole has to overcome. That could also lead to good conflict for Tate/Holly as well. Agreed.
  15. Today was an improvement over yesterday and Monday. There were a lot of good scenes today, but also some missed opportunities, particularly with Johnny. They really should be making him torn between EJ and the Dimeras and Eric and the Brady/Evans-Black family, instead of having him just be blindly loyal to EJ. Their scenes today were good but I wish they’d go in that direction, especially since we found out today that EJ is refusing to give Nicole a divorce. This all could have been really good and could have caused conflict for Johnny and Chanel as well. Btw, is this show ever gonna remember that Johnny and Tate are cousins? Speaking of Tate, his and Holly’s plan to secretly spend the summer together is a total bust. Their scenes were nice too but their plan is to just hide out at the Horton cabin all summer and play board games? That’s it? Nice plan lol Hopefully, Sophia’s introduction into their storyline is the shot in the arm that it needs. And that she’s not written like a psychopath. Btw, Tate’s dorky dance moves at the beginning were funny 😂😂 And I’m glad that Theresa suddenly remembered that Tate needed to be at her wedding. I mean, what kind of person doesn’t include their own child in their wedding? 😂😂 Tate not being more involved in Brady/Theresa/Alex is another missed opportunity. And yeah, Eric and Nicole as a couple/reuniting is definitely not fan service, contrary to what some fans say.
  16. Hopefully, Gio is turning down the job offer for Trina and not that blonde dog in heat. Willow/Drew/Nina is the best storyline on GH right now and also has the most potential to have tremendous ripples effects on the canvas and they would be really stupid if they didn’t run with it as much as they could. As for Anna, I wonder if any real life law enforcement officials ever helped out a crime boss for the sake of their children 😂😂😂
  17. Finally, Marlena was used effectively! Even though the phone call with Leo was not necessary. Her scenes with EJ were the best part of today. It was definitely a conversation that needed to be had. The slap actually looked better than it did in the promo too. And she didn’t gasp or take a deep breath either 😂😂 Too bad Nicole didn’t get to slap Leo though. I also liked Roman encouraging Eric to see if it was still possible for him and Nicole to be together. As for Connie and Bobby-Everett, the storyline is still DOA and possibly bringing Leo into it, and into another storyline, makes it even worse. It really is crazy that Days spent so many years pushing younger characters as the leads, only to have the current lead character be a 50 year old manchild.
  18. If you think about it, it wasn’t really planned out all that well. They were determined to do that throwback to Justin and Adrienne, by having Alex meet Stephanie and declaring her the love of his life, even though they were raised as cousins. Plus, they were also determined to move Chad on from Abigail as fast as they could, without any substance to back up either plot point. And I think the storyline was a bust solely based on that, even though I did like Chad/Stephanie as a couple as well.
  19. Hey boys, you might wanna check out his appearance on the series, Vida 😉😂😂🍑
  20. Yeah… Charlotte is not needed and Jake is. If she’s gotta Frank’s new Starr, can’t he at least be Frank’s new Cole? And even if they are gonna push Jason/Carly, wouldn’t it make more sense to include his kids in the storyline in order to add another layer to it? Can’t blame him for wanting to leave after the way he/Cam were treated
  21. Maybe nobody liking the Chad/Stephanie/Alex triangle had something to do with it?
  22. Not much happened today, but I did like the Chad/Kate scenes. I’ve always enjoyed the relationship that I have and I’m glad that they spent more time discussing Abigail than the Body and Soul stuff. Stephanie was a little dumb today but I don’t really mind Bobby dumping her, especially if it drives her back into Chad’s arms. If Abigail really does come back, that could be a pretty good triangle. Btw, what’s with the constant use of flashbacks lately? Happy 27th Birthday Tate 😂😂😂😂
