  1. If GH is smart they'll lock Gavin Houston down. But I bet it won't happen.
  2. They have been using old cues Frank brought over from OLTL dating back to the 2000s. It's tiring hearing them over and over.
  3. I think it may be a mix of Frank's typical guarantee shuffle and the outgoing team having had no clue what to do with her. I really hope this is the end of Dex.
  4. I think AM started out very strong but has regressed to yowling every day and I find it unbearable. I hope it changes. I do think Robin was pretty clearly just coasting for most of 2012-on tbh. She wasn't doing her finest work, she was just coming to work and having a laugh. But the scripts also generally sucked and Heather's antics were equally OTT even though her volume decibels were lower. Remember when she spent half a year faking Franco's sandwich paintings of the BLTs from Kelly's?
  5. Heather started a killing spree around 2004 and kept it rolling in '12. Robin was just quieter when doing it.
  6. I definitely don't need more Heather in my life, but I can respect PM wanting to keep using a talented actor he worked well with at B&B. If he can find a more subdued use for her I am open to it. If he can't, oh well.
  7. Heather was prepared to murder Diana Taylor 40 years ago. I don't think she's going to reform that much, or at least I wouldn't buy it. She's always been nuts. Can I allow for her turning really psychotic in more recent times, sure. It's not like they didn't turn her into a cartoon starting when she first came back in '04.
  8. What indication is there that they're saying Heather sold Steven Lars because of a hip replacement she almost certainly had afterwards? This whole development is likely only being done to mitigate Heather's more recent history of serial murder.
  9. I really could not care less about making Heather less crazy. I just want less Heather. But if they find a way to do it that makes her more tolerable I am willing to consider it.
  10. That's not what John said. Heather sold her kid long before the LSD trip. But regardless I highly doubt any hip issue is going to magically turn Heather sane nor am I interested in watching a sane Heather (or much Heather at all). I know GH is no B&B but let's try to give the show the benefit of the doubt.
  11. Heather has been apeshit since at least the Carter administration. I don't see that changing.
  12. I was for it but man did Sam treat her like shít for too long.
  13. Diane dresses like one of the overindulgent parents in Willy Wonka. No need! He's dead, leave him there. The memory is enough.
  14. Like I said in the edit above: Alexis would not discuss Sam's father for almost a decade. There is one reason for that and one reason only!
  15. It was so weird. I still pretend Alexis' psyche has subbed in her very pedestrian HS fling with Julian in a way to block out the more obvious, dark truth: Sam's father is Stavros. There had to be a reason she would not discuss it for years.
  16. I remember finding that insane. Didn't Brenda do revenge porn of her?!
  17. I think William deVry is one weird dude onscreen and off and his desperate midlife crisis social media thirst trap antics endlessly amused me. It was also clear his strange Interviews and Twitter, etc. drove FV up the wall which was funny. That's as far as I go with that guy lol. Did I think metrosexual, constantly horny on main mobster Julian was amusing? Sure. Did I ever take him seriously as a major player or with Alexis, not really. I remember sort of blacking out during the scenes where he and Alexis roleplayed that he was the Metro Court room service man she was seducing. Valentin is the same sort of dude for me.
  18. Yeah, that's what kept him alive. Against FV's exasperated objections lol. A small but vocal fanbase, and vocal was good enough in those lean years. Allegedly even RC had intended Julian to be ultimately short-term, but who knows.
  19. Frank (allegedly) tried for years to fire WDV but couldn't supposedly because the fanbase caught the network or Nathan Varni's notice, I've no idea which. The story where Julian goes nuts and tries to kill Alexis with the dagger that killed her mother was supposed to be his exit, I believe. Then he somehow hung around for another 3-4 years as they tried to put him with Tamara Braun and turn him into Gentle Brewpub Julian. You could tell that after that dagger shít NLG was pretty much over it and kept her comments about their possible 'reunion' real muted from then on lol.
  20. Alexis has not had a relevant story IMO since well before Julian died, which was her last shot at real relevance after many years on the backburner or with C-tier stuff. (I didn't like the pairing with Julian either, and you could tell exactly the moment when NLG soured on it too lol) If they can make her interesting again, go for it.
  21. Very little Carly and Jason, I'm for it. Sasha's huge decision can be leaving town!
  22. I was never a fan of Adrienne Leon on either Y&R or GH. I agree they should've just negotiated Fonseca's time.
  23. I don't remember any of this ever even being mentioned, not that I was watching at the time. Protein powder. Ridiculous.
  24. Every single option put forth was idiotic or obvious, or both.
  25. That's the kind of crazy shít she would say, since she had a torrid romance with Ryan.
