  1. Meanwhile:
  2. He's been doing that on the stump for weeks, it's not new.
  3. Another for the @marceline tally. I can buy that he's decaying, but at the same time he still does stuff like the McDonald's stunt or this barber shop nonsense. How are they comfortable with some of these outings and not others at this point if it's that bad?
  4. Makes sense:
  5. I think NV (along with likely a few other states) is just going to be a bit of a rollercoaster for at least a few days. I also suspect a bit of an inverted pattern from 2020 which was an unusual situation - it's natural we wouldn't have as much mail/early vote post-COVID. But it definitely looks a lot better this morning vs. last night. Obsessing over it for two weeks is not sustainable. But I might a little bit!
  6. The Wikipedia page for Knots is actually very helpful for the crossover episodes sync, and has a full section devoted to where they connect. That should be all you really need. But I also cross-checked airdates on occasion, and the now sadly defunct Knots Blogging site's recaps (still available through cache or the Wayback Machine) which interconnected them. I am only fully watching KL Season 7 and Dallas Season 9 (the Dream Season) in sync though, due to the creative swap with the showrunners. Otherwise I have largely skimmed and dipped in and out of small or large chunks of the run of Dallas over time because frankly, it's often boring and repetitious.
  7. The Nevada rural turnout for the GOP was also very strong on Day 1. Do I think it's the end of the world, no - I think one of the outcomes below is very possible.
  8. "We" is doing a lot of work in that sentence. The reality is that the media (and especially Politico) long ago created and embraced the framing of 'it only matters if his base cares' when reporting on Trump.
  9. This feels like base-covering for something they sense is already in the wind.
  10. I think Republicans are far too confident re: mail-in/EV, given the fact that we naturally won't be seeing mail-in at the same level as 2020.
  11. I thought they wanted him to have something to do with Val's exit/disappearance. But I may be way off.
  12. I thought it was for the final two seasons?
  13. Goodbye England's Rose:
  14. Take 'em for what they are at this point:
  15. Walter has always looked for a reason to believe Trump can win 'on policy'. In any event, I don't buy it.
  16. I'm sure the Times will grudgingly correct the record shortly, but it's still tiresome to see them print this stuff unquestionably over and over the first time.
  17. Thanks! It's made ABC:
  18. It doesn't come up as a gift link for me.
  19. Fresh from spending months ranting about Biden being too old, Astead Herndon has returned to a) whine about Obama 'lecturing' men of color re: their vote, b) get co-signed by Nina Turner, and c) do this:
  20. Out of the bottle:
