  1. I honestly have no idea. Matt Cory may well have had bigger story had the show continued. It was reported that John Littlefield had been let go as Gary Sinclair. I don't know how he was going to exit, because the cancelation was announced shortly thereafter and AW ended up keeping him on. I believe it was on this board that I read that Matt was going to reunite with his teenage love, Josie. So it makes sense, given the timeline. As for Matt Crane seeing the writing on the wall, probably. AW's last few renewals had been treated by the soap press as stays of execution.
  2. Thanks for sharing the ratings. It's like I thought, ratings were decent but not huge.
  3. Well, I think that was one story shift that worked. I really liked Cass and Lila together. Still, it's a shame that Matt Crane came back only to never have a decent story.
  4. Thanks. If I'm not mistaken, there was talk of CBS rebooting Dallas even then.
  5. I would have loved to see Maree's early days on SFT. I would have loved to see how Stephanie started out as a nurse and would up running a TV station. 😂
  6. I love Louise's candor. I've seen some clips of her SFT work, but she was really still Rae Woodard of RH. She tried, though!!
  7. I don't remember him even really being mentioned again.
  8. Exactly. He may know more about the P&G shows but he can't really spill tea or ask people from those shows to. Interviewing really isn't his strength. At least in the beginning, in lockdown, the shows had more of the reunion feel. But now that he has continued the show and included folks outside the daytime realm, he should be working on how to be a better interviewer and doing more research on his non-P&G guests. And who knows, maybe he is working on it. I only hope so.
  9. Yeah, I'm planning on sitting that one out, too.
  10. I give him credit for booking good guests, and try to tune him out while I listen to them.
  11. Thanks. For some reason. I thought she began in mid-1997.
  12. Oh, right. For some reason I thought her run had started later.
  13. Plus, Locher is not exactly a scintillating interviewer.
  14. Thank you both for clarifying. I know I watched the first one. I don't remember watching the sequel.
  15. I'm pretty sure she got her memory back, and that she and her husband left town shortly thereafter.
  16. I had to smile at this. Good!! https://www.google.com/amp/s/thehill.com/policy/energy-environment/572796-interior-to-restore-dc-land-management-hq-while-also-maintaining%3famp
  17. You're looking forward to it already, huh? 😂
  18. That's an awesome photo. Definitely a product of the times!!
  19. I definitely think we'll see many COVID-19 related lawsuits emerging sooner rather than later. Hopefully this will be the start of something.
  20. Carolee Campbell herself won an Emmy in that category for this movie. I think she appeared in one more play (with David O'Brien, no less) and that was it for her show biz career.
