  1. Absolutely. It's a shame, and I don't think NF has been on TV sjnce.
  2. I wish someone would track down and interview Ross Kettle. He was the leading man of two daytime upstarts of the mid/late 1980s who made it big - Marisa Tomei on ATWT and Robin Wright on SB.
  3. I probably have that channel. I just never heard of it before.
  4. it was also in the summer of 1988 that Robin Wright finally left and was initially replaced by Kimberly McArthur. KM was very green, but not necessarily bad. She was thrown into that awful TJ story, so any SB fan should cut her some slack for that.
  5. SNL parodied the false positive test results in their season premiere:
  6. Probably - I had never even heard of GAC Family until now. 😂
  7. That time period (spring/summer 1988) wasn't that great. Eden/Cruz didn't get a great story after the wedding until the rape that fall. Then you had TJ and both Kelly and Sophia fascinated by him - ugggggh. I think Gina and Keith got married around this time and their Wheel of Fortune appearance is around the 950s.
  8. Which is why I'm convinced that DWTS really wanted her and not her daughter. She most likely doesn't want to open up or go on a "redemption tour".
  9. Huffman actually expressed remorse. I haven't seen Loughlin do the same.
  10. TPTB definitely put all their eggs in one basket with Eden/Cruz. I liked them and the chemistry between AM/MW, but they definitely got overused to the detriment of everyone else.
  11. Yeah, I knew she wouldn't have that problem. Didn't Hallmark take her back? 🙄
  12. Jada is one of the very few people in soap history who played a role from childhood through adulthood without the role being rapid-aged. The only other person I can think of in that same position would be Kimberly McCullough of GH.
  13. The bob was a pretty good look for her, too. Not sure if she'd be able to pull off very short hair now.
  14. I just mentioned this on the SB thread. Lane Davies' portrayal of Mason Capwell was so unique. Even though Terry Lester and Gordon Thomson were reasonably successful recasts, I can't imagine either of them playing Mason's split personality, Sonny Sprocket. I can't see either of them with Mary or Gina, either.
  15. You and me both. Politicians are usually out of touch, but these two really take the cake. 😡😡😡😡😡
  16. Yeah, that's usually how they always are for his shows. All we can do is hope he won't embarrass himself too much!
  17. Thanks. I can't see TL or GT as Sonny Sprocket. Or with Mary. Or with Gina.
  18. Do we know when her appearance is going to happen?
  19. I'm not nearly as familiar with the later years of SB (post-1989) as I am with the earlier years. Was Lane the only Mason who dealt with the split personality?
  20. That makes sense. Of course, once she got TD, she was a single mom and was her son's sole support. She stayed consistently during her six plus year run there.
  21. Honestly, I couldn't picture Krista Tesreau's Tina playing most anything that AE and KW had.
  22. Does anyone know why Jada left that time?
  23. Basically. Awwww!! What a stunner. 😊
