  1. Yes, for years the previous year's Best Actor winner has presented the Best Actress Oscar, and vice versa. Do we know who will present in his place?
  2. She always had a knack for taking a role someone else had originated and making it her own. GH's Heather, Gina and AMC's Janet were all played by other people first. Why that same magic didn't happen with Delia, I have no idea. To my thinking, Ilene IS Delia (to take nothing away from Randall).
  3. It's also been fun watching Anna play the good girl at the beginning of her career thanks to Retro TV. Toni Ferra Powers Stewart of The Doctors couldn't be more different than Donna.
  4. I can't tell you how happy I am with this verdict!! FINALLY, a sick pervert gets what he had coming. https://www.washingtonpost.com/sports/olympics/larry-nassar-former-usa-gymnastics-doctor-due-to-be-sentenced-for-sex-crimes/2018/01/24/9acc22f8-0115-11e8-8acf-ad2991367d9d_story.html
  5. I don't know why she didn’t last long on RH, but it worked out for the best as she landed SB not long afterwards.
  6. Was Anna Stuart back as Donna at that point?
  7. Seriously, he's my retro crush. Ironically, he turns 81 (!!!) tomorrow (1/25/1937).
  8. That sounds like a horror movie. The scary thing is that this is reality. Good for them!! They are indeed strong, brave and resilient. I'm proud of them for making their voices heard.
  9. That's the understatement of the century, my friend!!
  10. Randall left in 1982, but I don't know when in 1982. Ilene reprised Delia from 1982-83, when she was fired for weight gain (!!!). Robin Mattson took over the role in 1984, but only stayed for a few months. Delia then left town and resurfaced in 1986 with Ilene once again, and Ilene stayed until the series finale in 1989.
  11. Gregory Sierra (Sanford & Son, Barney Miller, Soap)!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍
  12. Dear lord...that's beyond gross. Slime is too nice a word to describe him. 😠😠😠😠😠
  13. Hopefully with a rusty knife!!! 😠😠😠😠😠 I'm surprised I didn’t vomit after reading that. Gross!!!
  14. Robin, again you hit it right on the head. You should know. You worked with Nathan Fillion. James Franco is no Nathan Fillion!!
  15. HA!! I hadn't seen that one yet. 😂
  16. Randall was playing Delia then, right? How do you think the story would have been like with Ilene?
  17. I don't know why they recast Mike, but Michael Landrum never worked in soaps again as far as I know. These days, he has his own business dedicated to public speaking (helping people with job interviews and such). Armand is #6 out of 10 Mikes.
  18. No, I think he went straight from RTPP to TD.
  19. Yes, Second Noah. I think it aired during 1996-97.
  20. I still can't get over how much Jensen has aged. Her two sons are now grown; I wonder how they are coping. I think her younger son is still in college.
  21. GOOD!!!!! https://www.google.com/amp/s/pagesix.com/2018/01/21/matt-lauers-wife-kicks-him-out-of-hamptons-house/amp/
  22. I HATED that story. I think JJY did the best he could with it, but what can you do with such a half-baked plot? ABC should have blamed Guza, because the rest of us do!!
  23. Exactly. Why try to fix something that was never broken?
  24. Lynnwood King was listed under the Pollocks earlier in 1975 for a couple of episodes.
