Is it just me or it doesn't seem like a great thing they are reporting it prior to making the arrests? I certainly hope it works out for the best.

It would be interesting if someone made an episode count for the sets like they do for the actors so we could note exactly when the Chancellor set was last used. Who would be #1? Crimson Lights or GCAC?

Are there songs in the episodes that youtube could have flagged?

Thank you for all this, amazing work! Didn't realize that you also did the Soap Opera Saga blogspot which I remember well! I'm actually glad they are at least keeping the archived recaps for GH. That gives me some hope.

Thanks so much! HTTTrack is already having trouble saving the GH page to my computer so this is invaluable. Looks like 2023 and 2024 are not archived but haven't checked all pages. I'm very surprised that all the soaps haven't been archived in the wayback machine, so thank you for your invaluable efforts! May I ask what the process is? Do you use the wayback browser extension?

When I go the GH recaps page, I only get the current ones: https://www.soapcentral.com/general-hospital/general-hospital-recaps I can still access individual year by year pages if I add the year, but I don't see the master index with all the years anymore, which is concerning. https://www.soapcentral.com/general-hospital/recaps/1996/ @JWDrama1980 can you link to the archive page you made? FYI, the program https://www.httrack.com/ works very well on Soap Central. I made my own local backup of Y&R recaps, and would advise others to do that for their favorite soap. @DRW50 @soapfan770 @dragonflies @AMCOLTLLover (tagging those who mentioned recaps and archiving, sorry if I missed anyone)

Right, and so now Jagger is looking into charging Sonny... so what? If Sonny gets arrested, they will just go to court and say that Sonny is good and Jagger is mean to him, and the case will be dismissed. So why get invested. It would actually be more badass if Jason and Sonny would just go around saying they DGAF about criminal charges. I was only half watching when Brennan popped up (rare for me to even be caught up enough to post in here) and I literally lost the plot on what is happening there.

So, I get that Jason, Carly, and Sonny are never going to do any serious jail time, but why do they constantly build up all this tension about someone holding charges against their head, when every single time, it gets dismissed immediately at the first court date? I mean unlike Y&R they actually have a courtroom set and money to hire a judge and lawyer with more than 5 lines, so they may as well just go through with the trials?

Yes. I was at a fan event about 5 years ago and someone asked about this. Some of the actors, like Josh Morrow, were surprised it is not already fully available on streaming (sigh...). Christian Le Blanc told us that Sony was digitizing the archives (but not with any particular plan to release) and he thought it was done or almost done, so they should exist all in pristine condition.

Simone. I think Vanessa mainly spent her time trying to stir up Simone against Lorie, but Simone was French and sophisticated and played it like she was cool with Lorie and Lance being friends.

Also, in 1986, Leo the bartender gives Jack a gun (which he disposes after Jill is shot) and Jack is not familiar with how to use a gun at all. It's not plausible that he served in the army.
