Has anyone else heard of a radio soap opera called Martha Tobias in the early 1980s? Apparently, it starred Lisa Wilkinson[AMC], Natalie Ross[AMC], Val Dufour[EON, AW, SFT,among others], and Frances Foster[AMC, GL, and others].

Clark, a boyfriend of Tessa was portrayed by Sam Ratcliffe.

Some tidbits I found over the weekend: Cindy Ramsey[early 80s] played by Dorothy Parke. In 1965 veteran movie actress Virginia Gilmore appeared as an unmentioned character. Anyone know the character? Maxine Stuart appeared in the 50s or 60s. She had also appeared on EON, Y&R and many others.

Two new characters that began appearing in 1978 were Harry [Richard Leighton, who went on to play Winslow Sandberg on OLTL], and Johnny [Anthony Cannon, who appeared previously on The Doctors as Dr. Tom Barrett, involved with Carolee] .

Can anyone tell me anything about the character Greg Talmadge played by Philip Warren Reed? What year was he around?

I saw actor Thomas Kopache, who later played Carly's father, Ray Tenney [among many other roles in daytime] Was that the character Guy Howard, the fence Shannon used that wound up dead?

Wow! thanks for posting that. I can't help but think Wynant may have been the father of Mary Ellen Dante, who was around at the time. Just a guess, mind you, but you never know what info may turn up. I wonder who Carol was in 1970.

Robert Elston who later played Dr. Len Howell on ATWT appeared as Lt. Hollenbeck during the Ian Russell murder story. Elston also appeared on EoN as Tom Andrews and on LiaMST. Lt. Hollenbeck was a popular character name. In addition to this character, Another Life had a Lt. Hollenbeck[Robert Albertia] and Ryan's Hope had Captain Hollenbeck[siobhan's boss] played by Daniel Ziskie.

Julie Ridley portrayed a scrub nurse prior to her role as Annie Stewart on ATWT and her subsequent role on The Catlins.

I'm surprised they left the group. Cudlitz is a good actor but this character blows! The character just grunts and barks orders. I don't get why Glenn and Maggie left, but I hope they shed this albatross of a character. RIP Bob, I was surprised he made it this long. Sonequa was fantastic!

There are at least 10 pages of videos[that's as far as I looked so far.

I enjoyed the Ruth/Danny scenes today. How long do we have to wait for Bill and Ruth to adopt him? Polly's nieces must be almost here. I think she's cute, but her death must be coming soon. I hope Maggie reads wet banket Werner the riot act soon. Nick is starting to be a little more bearable these days. Carolee is so adorable with Steve.

From the Boca Raton News- Friday June2,1978: "Ambitious Chris Robinson is Gloria's ace, recruited to play Rick Webber, a key part. Other newcomers include H.M. Wynant,young Jeanne Anne Francis, and Leslie Charleson's [Dr. Monica Webber]sister in the role of Gloria Roberts." I know Wynant later portrayed Orby Jansen [father of Gwen, Woody, and Oliver]in the 80s on DOOL, does anyone know what character he played? Jeanne is obviously Genie, but who was Gloria Roberts? Anyone know? Thanks!

I believe McCabe portrayed Leslie Dupre. I caught a glimpse of Daisy's attorney on a Zach Grayson murder channel segment on youtube, but I didn't recognize him.

I was just reading an article about AMC and the Zach Grayson murder trial. Does anyone know who appeared as Daisy's lawyer, G Tyson Lassiter and the prosecutor, DA Stanhope?

I just love Maggie's utter disdain for Wet Blanket Werner! Bethel Leslie is so much more personable in this role than the horrid Claudia Lum Connor role she played on AMC. Nick the Dick really called WB Werner out. Now I see why he was so popular.

Anne Whiteside must have taught MS's acting classes for OTT performance! Looking forward to see who turn up playing Polly's nieces Julie, Bonnie and Lydia. So that's House Jameson playing Nathan Bunker. He's a mean old cuss. I guess Bill and Ruth had a daughterr Lucy that died. She must've been tipping back some cocktails.....
