Well I feel like how I felt about Donny Boaz on Y&R...it feels like the writers are already setting up to get rid of the character he plays. So if Jax dies by mob hit, I won't be surprised. The writing (or foreshadowing) is on the wall. Now we know why I guess.

BH Finally!!! And by finally, I meant my tv system started to work. lol. I think Garcelle, as per usual hit it on the head in last week's episode. This group is now a group of two. The Coven. And the Newbies. Note that the Newbies are real vs the Coven who will do anything to deflect from what's real. In a way it again takes us back to the early days except for the fact that it's less about the haves and the wannabes and more about the Jones and the people who want to be keeping up with them...some of whom aren't what you think. It is an interesting dynamic for sure. And that was so very clear this episode where (so far) the usual tactic of the gangup on one was met with 1) facts, 2) women with the balls to back it up and 3) more than one woman of like mind so when you have two groups of said women....DRAMA. Well from what I heard that L.A. Times article is not long at all. And that alone should let you know what the Coven were trying to say. I myself is still of the mind that Kyle is definitely being Producer Kyle and playing both sides. I hope eventually someone will call her out on that. But it's been 11 seasons so...in any case, it was good to see that with two groups within the group, some of the old tactics (for now) won't work anymore. Which means...as someone joked on Twitter...that it's time to see what happens when people stop being polite, and start getting REAL. KYLE. I know someone mentioned online that she might be releasing a cookbook in the future. I believe it. Otherwise, why would she be having cooking scene after cooking scene after cooking scene? Don't you have servants for that? Just...ugh. So transparent. Like her at the meeting, being one way after from Erika (but you could see her wheels turning) and then another at the dinner. How else to explain the Gnat being there as her NotFaye? Again...transparent. DORIT. This ain't the one you want. And then that clip next week calling Garcelle a chickens*()? Yeeeeah NOT...THE...ONE...YOU...WANT. After a season of just sitting and look pretty, Dorit opened her mouth...and revealed it was better she stayed quiet. Last week with the help comment. This week (with Production reciepts) bring up the orphans and widows as much as possible only to be lying to Erika's face when she was in front of her. Loved Garcelle chin checking her. 'Let me finish.' Finish what? Your attempt to lie? Yeeeeeah NO. NEXT!!! EX SOAP OPERA STAR She was doing so well. It was fun to see Lisa Rinna again. And then...just like that...she was back to Ex Soap Opera Star. Ugh!!! I didn't like her coming for Garcelle last week (and loved Garcelle calling her out on 'OWN IT') and I didn't like her thinking she was going to get Sutton to 'own it' either. Good thing Sutton shut her down with the quickness. Trash box. I bet she was the one who tipped Erika off about the party. Speaking of... ERIKA. So this much drama over Garcelle saying Tom calls her when she said something differently to everyone else and then thought Garcelle was being the villain and looking for a moment??? NO, BITCH, you...yes YOU...were the one looking for a moment. Why? Because YOU...GOT...CAUGHT. And this week she definitely came into that party being in the know. Otherwise she would have not even glazed over Garcelle or Sutton. Awkward chat or not, body language betrays everything and your body betrayed how much you probably knew. And sadly (for now) playing the victim card was not working on Sutton. So I loved her holding her feet to the fire. And I loved Garcelle backing her up when everyone but Kathy and Crystal was trying to throw Sutton under the bus. And now that we know...well, the general public knows...how LLC works, she will be hard pressed to have defenders. And thank you @Cheap21 for that looooong list of what was going on concurrently to filming. You know REAL STUFF. SUTTON. THANK YOU FOR THE SMOKING GUN!!!! Did these women get so distracted by glam that they forgot that this show is supposed to be about RICH BITCAS!!??? And Rich ones...DO have a reputation to worry about. And a lawsuit involving orphans, burn victims, and widows dating back 10 years NOT 3? Yeeeah, people are going to talk about it (c)Lisa Rinna. So Sutton did, discussed her worries, ANNNNND BROUGHT RECIEPTS. And just like that...she snatched the narrative that Coven was trying to paint of Erika just being the wronged victim? Yeeeeah no. Good job being sure you keep your diamond, GirL!!!! GARCELLE. LOVE every moment of her having Sutton's back. Love her gathering of Dorit. And I loved her being a 'grandma.' CRYSTAL. She cleans up reeeeal nice. I was the same as the others.

NJ Well, that does my heart goes good. It means not completely iced out. And it sounds like they are halfway through filming AND getting ready for Cast Trip TWO...

So I heard re: David and new wifey. Then again...I could see the kids trolling Shannon at some point for laughs. Meanwhile... I still can't believe they are going with a large cast a la Season 2. Here for that. But can it get that vibe again?

I thought it was well played on Shannon's part especially since it's known that Bravo prefers people film with their kids and use it as an excuse to fire folks if not outright lowball them. That said, it suuuuuuure would be funny if her kids stopped filming with her.

Since they decided to throw in TWO MORE BREAKS, I'll be catching up eventually since I wanted them all the air and been quite busy.

Well, that week of August 2-7 really was the business!!! I loved that it was really headlined by two main storylines. The Jordan/Curtis/Portia triangle really drove that week. And I finally saw Portia vs Stella. GROWN@#$ WOMAN Indeed!!! I liked how while the driving force was the triangle, that it really twinkled down into all these different layers. You have Stella and the letter. You have Trina overhearding and then it created a situation that drew her and Spencer closer together. You have the idea of how that history could impact the present...have they teased anything about maybe Trina is still Taggert's? And Stella up and had a stroke and the letter about the divorce was lost. In a word MESSY. And so soapy. The other storyline was the birthday and Chase finding out about Michael/Willow. All I could say was ooooo. I was not bored with it. And it was bond to happen. And finally he is showing some gray while Michael and Willow are just showing how selfish they are. And Austin...well I see RH has taken up WR mantel of using 'the creepy voice.' Yeeeeeah NO. Other than his little Iago act with Chase that he's doing, he's the only false note in this leg of the story. Though on the other hand, him knowing about all of the Michael/Willow/Chase, this could be the undoing of the Quartermaines. THANK MICHAEL!!! I liked that for the most part, these two storylines made it through the week...well, Michael/Willow/Chase did, Stella with Curtis/Jordan/Portia vanished by Friday...even as they threw in Carly/Jason/the Novaks. While do I feel like this could be Jax's exit story. They really seem to be having Jax and Carly talk about the danger of the Novaks and now we had that one following around Cameron/Joss. OTHER THINGS... I totally forgot that Spencer and Cameron were related...so THANK LAURA!!! I loved seeing her with Spencer and see her with Cameron. Not sure how I feel about this Hayden stuff. But...not bored. Unpopular opinion, but I'm liking the teens act like teens. And KELLY!!!!! 8-11 Oh, you thought I was done. 😜 So Ryan and Spencer might be working together? And now Nik suspects that Spencer is the stalker...right in time for the rager? Well...I have liked that last week the stalker was really moving (along with Trina/Spencer) as a great B story. And it seems like it is slowly but surely becoming the A story this week. About time! The stalker storyline has been going on for months. Heheh...Scott and Lisel. And that reminds me...I hope this is not the end of Terry v Britt. I don't want her to fade away like it seems Lucas has. And oh, Felix is back without that storyline going on. And when is Willow a nurse? Isn't she a teacher?

Just looking at Twitter. I believe you. I'm still on last week's episode, but today sounds like it was one heck of a ride!!!! Also...CARLOS KING EVERYONE... ETA: OMG...Am I going to pull out a glass of wine for this?

Cool for Sonja! Meanwhile I heard Song Man's Daughter finally makes her long dreaded cameo on tonight's BH and immediately gets dragged. WOW.

@Cat and @Gray Bunny, I use that phrase La Dame used quite often in my own life which is probably why I love that scene so much. I did not come from the best of backgrounds and can be an Anne Shelley (I know...my age is showing) when it comes to my temper when I was younger, but being from a small town and being black and gay it can be a struggle to just...be yourself. Not to mention following your dreams. Even now that I'm older and the workaholic it always seems like someone has to hate on me for being able to do things that they have years on me doing and yet I guess I make it effortless. Just be happy that I do my job and do it well and don't abuse it. Sometimes I need that reminder so I say it like a mantra. And I've been known to encourage people with the same when they feel down over a supervisor. And alas on DALLAS. I guess we are never getting that 'LeeAnne walks in at the end of' cliffhanger now. Now don't hate on me for voicing some Candiace like. I at least have been clear that Production is clearly giving her the good edit (same as Gizelle) and why it's working for her (versus Gizelle). But like I said before...after being burned by Porsha, I am not sure I can say I am completely falling for it. But I can admit that I have drunk the kool-aid. If anything, she seems like she has picked up where she left off in Season 3, but I liked Season 3 Candiace maturing. IF she is maturing that is.

Well...I guess LeeAnne wins then. LOL!!!! But seriously, test shooting? Really? Cuz I know they were testing out long before all these leaks of potential casts. Makes one wonder if they were just trolling folk. Meanwhile...happy for Falynn, but it makes one wonder if Simon's tweets were right. And sounds messy. But sadly we won't be getting Falynn vs Porsha.

I know some people called that part of the scene tough love, but I felt she should not have put Robyn's relationship with Juan out on Front Street like that. Especially since Robyn is down and Robyn always has her back. MEANWHILE...OOPS!!!
