@OzFrog I believe you mentioned that you are a big fan of the Orbecht/Nina/Britt/Maxie gang so was wondering if you were keeping up with their scenes this week surrounding the funeral.

Unless someone is going to say differently, I would say no. William Bell was very good at having characters in their own bubbles, storylines with them rarely interacting with each other. Characters might even NEVER interact at all for YEARS even though they are in the same town. But his writing was so excellent you might not even notice. Heather was just starting Y&R as a young and rebellious Victoria as Kimberlin had only been there months and spinning her web (and feud) with Lauren and Scott so I doubt they crossed though they started the same year.

And I SHOULDN'T be rooting for Sheila. Cuz SHEILA. But darn it if SK and his acting making you want to though. But as I say often here, I'm such a sucker for unrequited love on shows. He was soooo adorable on Friday's episode. Hmmm Grace? That would be interesting. I agree about Katie/Sheila. Their scenes the other day felt like vintage Y&R catfight/female rivalry scenes.

I hollered, but it was a Deacon thing to do. It's also what I would expect between a Dollar Bill vs Carter confrontation, too. We all know Bill would lose his mind if some woman thought Carter was better than him. In any way.

I don't like the storyline, but darn it if SK ain't going to try to sell it. KB also did good with that hint of regret. Katie is losing her #$% and it's been fun to watch. But I do like watching HT. And I'm with Steffy. I cannot believe how good friends Brooke and Taylor are becoming. I really enjoyed their scenes yesterday. Who would have thought it?

You get to the read, did you? And I loved the moment when Sheila mentioned Will. And the music lowered and HT's face was priceless as the bitca (okay the Victoria Newman) jumped out of her. I thought she was about to slap her.

I also feel Nik is not long for the canvas. I agree. Best of both worlds.

2-3 What a luckluster week. lol. For the first time in a while, I felt my FF button get twitchy. Cuz this was not it. Outside of seeing Victor more than once (see? I'm watching that count ), and the Devon/Lily drama and Abby getting mixed up into it, and Nate/Victoria...oh, and Kyle vs Summer...there was nothing to this week. And I can tell I am so ready for Heather and Lucy to appear because Phyllis vanished at the start of the week and I felt left hanging and was waiting for her to pop up. I know Hades has frozen over when I'm ready to see the Giggly Heffa. Kyle and Summer have been an united front since they have come back. And it was a matter of time before they weren't. I've been enjoying the cracks showing. And now Kyle is keeping stuff from Summer? Good. I would rather see Kyle vs Adam anyway...the real son vs the 'adopted' son. I thought Abby being thrown in the middle of Devon vs Lily and making it worse was inspired. Now that Abby and Devon appear to be official, she's acting like it. Even saw a bit of fire in her when she called out Tucker. 'Is it a date?' Or SHUT UP, CHELESA/BILLY. And as much as I love seeing JM's hairy chest, I've said what I already said...over the WTD storyline. And to think...if Adam had stayed eavesdropping at Sally's door, he might have heard something.

When will the young'uns learn?

La Dame...TEAR...HER...AS7...UP...NEXT SEASON. Cuz that's all I'm getting from this information...that Robert WILL be back next season. And I want her exposed. She will now get the drags I give to EricFake, Ex Soap Opera Star, Teddi That Blonde Girl Johnmela, Lint, and Little Girl. Cuz...hm.

If Robyn does come back next season, I fully expect her to be raked over the coals like Porsha was at the start of Season 10 for the drama of Season 9...La Dame leading the charge.

I ain't mad at you re: Laura. And that is one of the best examples of what happens when producers get too big for their breeches and think they can play in the face of a soap legend. That GF played hardball and the fans were totally on her side was AWESOME. Now mind you, I wasn't regularly viewing when Laura and Kevin got together. But I do love that Laura is happy. I would like to see them in more stories together, but I do like they can both work in stories independent of each other AND together. As for an action oriented black man...CURTIS. At least, he USED to be. And they do have great chemistry. It's just a shame that Curtis has been so watered down over the last few years. I definitely would mind Laura doing a story with a younger man, but it has been documented how much I love seeing Laura and definitely miss her when GF goes on vaca.

Well tbf the show usually seems to captialize on Sean when Cobra Kai is streaming. There was those scenes where Hope and he bonded over their love of martial arts and even practiced together. That was the year before last I believe. And then this year, it was brought up tongue-in-cheek way (I felt) in the Sheila Halloween episode. So roughly around the same time each year and there's been two seasons (going on three) in that time. And do I even need to mention the male catfight he had with Ridge where he was kicking Ridge's butt? I definitely would use him more as well though. He should be promoting everywhere because Cobra Kai definitely was a hit and open up even more avenues for SK to use to promote both shows. Yeah, I wouldn't keep Deacon mooning over Sheila. Toss him at Taylor again like they tried to do before Wine Bottle-Gate.

Third King and Carlos King's video yesterday really sumed up the current situation at RHOP quite well. Right not, RHOP has me questioning them like I would a season of BH. And THAT is not a compliment with me. I liked it right up until Robyn's bombshell the other day. Now it's tainted the season like SLC was tainted when all the misdirection when the REAL story is literally RIGHT THERE. Am I still going to watch? Oh, yes. I expect POTOMAC to still give a show more than SLC would. And I have been waiting for my Messy Mia to be exposed as broke since the moment it came out in the season. And to see the fallout with Mia and Jacqueline in real time more or less. But I agree...that trailer was awfully tame given their past reunions. NOT THE MONIQUE GIFS!!! I
