  1. Sad, but true. She really was back. Love sum FH. And Anna was being written how she should be written. And even when she was not near the end of PM's run, I felt FH played against the material to keep Anna's toughness. A missed opportunity.
  2. Very. This is probably the most power that Drew has ever had. They should run with it. But as has been mentioned, given he's not getting any balance writing-wise...Drew could easily be getting written into a corner leading to a murder mystery.
  3. A great silly show for sure. A good time for syndication. Alas poor Anna. Don't even remind me. I loved having that brand of her back earlier this year.
  4. Then again, perhaps I shouldn't say that. These New/Old Writers have managed to greatly reduce the 'wacka wacka' humor they put in their stories at the wrong moment. And I could see them putting Alexis in a storyline like that just to bring it back.
  5. + 1 Heck, that last point could be its own little storyline.
  6. Well they seem avoidant on playing the affair longer and definitely on Drew and Nina getting serious which I feel would have happened before the writer change on both fronts. I admit that while I can't stand to look at Sonny right now, I have greatly enjoyed how he has been there for Alexis and allowed her to lean on him. The chemistry is still there.
  7. I agree. I'm shocked that given how these New/Old Writers stay burning down all traces of PM that the tension between Drew and Jason has been maintained. Also helped along by the actors whom give great tension. I don't like him being acting like a creeper, but I do like Drew acting like a prick. And as I have also said, I could go with the direction this change appears to be leading to...a murder mystery.
  8. OC ending (but I have a whole season and a half to watch) BH returning NY hitting mid-season SLC at mid-season POTOMAC approaching mid-season MARRIED 2 MEDICINE returning Sunday. I can't say we aren't being fed. lol. But...WOW.
  9. Duh! I totally forgot about Harmony and their tension. I could see NLG playing a later-in-life romance with a woman. Smh.
  10. And then there was three. I liked Robert/Olivia. Moreso when LLC revealed she had such a crush on TR growing up watching soaps. Just a cute little relatable moment. Hahaha! THIS.
  11. lol. One of his early roles.
  12. I said the same the other day and totally agree. Especially if Jason and Drew stay on the outs on top of Dante's attempts to keep the family together. Taste. But same. There was such a good job of blending that family IMHO that the potential for drama is there.
  13. Oh, I know very well. For every British-to-American adaptation that either does just as good (and rarely better) as the first version of the show, there is a graveyard full of those that do not. The basic plot...a vampire, a werewolf, and a ghost live together as roommates and just try to live their lives. Naturally it's complicated. If I remember correctly, outside of the pilots, both Brit and American shows go off in their own (interesting) directions. 10 years old as of this year. The acting is good, the banter among them is great, and the writing and plot twists have been great. And...hotties. lol. I'm sure you will recognize some of the actors/actresses if you watch any genre shows. It has its funny moments, but I would say it leans drama than comedy, and still runs deep about what it means to be...well...human.
  14. Well, I've always enjoyed BEING HUMAN...one of the few American versions of a British show that is just as good as the original show.
  15. Sorry to hear that. Because between that, Morbius, and House of the Dragon (which I will start eventually), it made me take notice of Matt Smith as a dramatic actor even when I want to shake him for feeling so threatened by his own wife.
  16. And since I know Sean ain't coming back and Sonny is playing Footies with Natalia and Ned is happily married, I'm not sure who I would want her with. Only a man who would be on her level.
  17. Awww. A slow burn for sure, but I didn't mind Season 1. You do remind me that I need to loop back to Season 2. But I am a sucker for history so I do like period pieces.
  18. That crossed my mind, but he seems smitten with Carly. And...if the writers weren't currently trying to downplay the gray area chemistry they had earlier this year...Anna. Great minds!!! I just said that. At the beginning of the year he had the same twinkle in his eyes for Anna that he has now for Carly. I would love for it to come back.
  19. As much as I came to like Chloe for that very reason (a different vibe to the darkness all around her), I do admit as a young'un giggling at Jax dropping her like a hot potato at the first hint of Brenda being alive. Mmm...that is a good question, too. With Gregory done, who would make a good romance for Alexis now?
