Yes, it clearly is and how very unfortunate. The legislation in terms of closing loopholes for things like ghost guns will hopefully be helpful, but it just seems like these initiatives are being outpaced by the sheer volume of these attacks.

MTS' delivery comes off as very indifferent in that promo. After seeing her, the first thing that came to mind is " has Victoria been in these injury crises so often that it's become 'old hat' and Nikki no longer truly cares?" MTS looked disengaged and looked more as if Nikki heard Victoria complain about getting a pebble in her shoe or something. Is this accident going to incapacitate Victoria in such a way that her estranged husband will become her caretaker or something like that? It wouldn't surprise me if JG would steal elements of the Josh Lewis paralysis story, where an embittered Josh ended up living with H.B. and Reva. Nah, Josh probably never even watched one episode of Guiding Light.

COVID-19 is definitely not done with everybody though, especially since hearing of yet another variant, but alas the shootings proliferate anew.

Too bad Grigor couldn't make it to the finals. I was pulling for him to get the title, though I had a feeling it was unlikely to happen. A final would have been nice though.

And bringing on a grown @ss son that Paul had with a woman who has been committed to another man (to the point of obsession) was never going to get Paul back to being relevant.

Is it safe to say that JG’s best days are behind him then? From everything that I have read over the past year, it sure seems like it. He must be really burnt out.

This may have been during one of my many quasi-breaks from daytime, so I have never really seen this stuff and I don’t think I really want to see that kiss, tbh. I know that there was a time when Christine wasn’t many people’s cup of tea but she had some interesting face offs with Phyllis that began with her marriage to Danny into her relationship with Paul. I was never a big Christine/Paul fan but but I do agree that having a marital rape scene and then trying to backtrack it as a generic “He Said/She Said story diminished her character and pretty much destroyed Paul. After that story, Paul’s days of being a leading man character were pretty much over and his days of being a viable character were numbered. Paul didn’t need to be front burner but after that very unfortunate story, he seemed to slip even further down the chain to “talk to” to nonentity.

I am absolutely one of those people who will leave and I mean this. Many “Black Twitter” followers, in particular have already expressed this. The article on how badly Black Tesla employees have been treated also adds to the anger. Some have already tweeted guidance on how to move all your tweets (Content is King, after all). One thing this has made me think of though, is when daytime soaps used to have really great business storylines with corporate intrigue, filled with codicils and poison pills. You know, the good ‘ole days.

😂😭 I used to watch the old 21 Jump Street series on there. I hear they’re getting some new series there. Maybe I should get onto Falcon Crest or as Blanche Devereaux used to call it “Falcons Landing “
