Jason can go to Wiley's birthday party but never interacts with his own children. Ha. The party stuff was so lame. Millowtonin could not be more boring. When did Chad Duell become so blah? Has he always been like this and I just never noticed? He has one facial expression. I never know if he's happy, sad, angry, or horny. It's all the same. Michael and Willow were seriously getting turned on over wrapping presents and talking about a puppy... this is the most boring, unsexy couple ever! Not to mention, they're horrible people. Willow really said she can't wait until Chase is walking so she can finally be with Michael. Lordy. Nothing to root for here, just two boring, selfish characters. I did laugh at this exchange with Michael and Jason: Michael: I'm in love with Willow. Jason: OK. *blink* Dude didn't give a f-ck! 😂 Just like the viewers don't. The writers really thought Willow opening a door would be a riveting Friday cliffhanger. Unless it's Nelle (which it's not), who cares? We're really supposed to believe that Michael invited Austin to the party because he's family now? Yet Ned, Dante, Kristina, Bobbie, and LUCAS are MIA. Stop randomly shoehorning Roger into scenes. And he looks absolutely ridiculous with that little ponytail. Good lord! This man is an embarrassment. Chase is so damn cute. Josh Swickard is just perfect. 😍 I can't wait for something to happen with him and Brooklynn, but I'm afraid he'll be mad at her when he finds out that she knew about Michael/Willow and kept it a secret. Chase deserves an epic love story. 🥰 The Hayden storyline is just the worst. A small rewrite is one thing but this is insane. The characters may all have amnesia but the viewers don't (no matter how many newly-created flashbacks they show us). OMG, now they're rewriting that Nikolas was responsible! Looooord. Not to mention, I never cared about Hayden and don't care about her possibly returning. There is not one good thing about this storyline. I know not everyone is feeling him as Spencer but I thought Nick Chavez was pretty good today. He's doing a good job at playing creepy stalker Spencer and is holding his own with Queen Maura. I'm not sure if Spencer realizes who he's messing with when it comes to Ava. She's gonna squash him like a bug when this all comes out. Honestly Spencer's return is the highlight of the show for me right now. Blando 😂 Gladys is fun, mostly because of the actress. I really hope we see Gladys working at Deception and wreaking havoc. I want to see her and Lucy interact. That's why I'm worried that they'll eventually throw Spencer at Joss. She's going to drag him down so much. Sprina! 🥰

I'm enjoying him too. I mean his first episode wasn't amazing, but he's improving a lot with each episode, and he has chemistry with everyone. Considering he's brand new to acting, I think he shows a lot of promise. I like him.

I love how the teens basically live at the pool now. Someone (*cough* Frank) is really obsessed with getting Spencer shirtless. It's like a daily thing now. Ava looked fabulous again. Spencer and Trina are so cute! I was glad that Ava was finally like, "Uh, how do y'all know each other?" I wish they had more alone time before Joss and Cam interrupted their scenes. Spencer is going to throw the biggest rager ever. Yeah, I'm sure. It's going to be him, Cam, Joss, and Trina. They're going to sit around talking about who their parents are dating. Maybe play some cards. This show doesn't have enough teens for a party. Spencer only wanted a party for 2 anyway, ha. Bring on the Ava/Spencer scenes tomorrow! Oh, boo hoo. Cam can't tell dead Franco that he's dating Josslyn. Wahhh. I can't with this Hayden stuff. I know it's a soap and we're supposed to go along with the crazy plots but this is just too much. We're literally just supposed to pretend that an entire storyline from five years ago never happened. I feel bad for the Sam/KM fans - they were begging for her to get a story/airtime, but I don't think this is what they meant. This is pure bullcrap. At least Liz's memory seems to be intact. Why is Brooklyn always wearing those big boxy blazers? Give her a cute summer wardrobe. Chase singing to the baby was a scene I didn't know I needed 🥰 Omg, if I were Brooklyn I would've fallen in love in that moment. Willow gave him up for Michael. LMAO! Every woman in PC should be fighting over this man! 😍 Mooooore Brooklyn/Chase please. I'm glad that they finally mentioned Dante and Rocco going to see Lulu. It was starting to feel like she didn't exist and wasn't an important part of Dante's life. Like we were just supposed to ignore the fact that she's in a coma. Glad she's finally being addressed.

I didn't realize that the actress playing Gladys is 60. She looks good, especially with the new hair. Gladys really wants to be at that Jarly wedding. LMAO. I know Gladys is annoying (because that's the entire point of the character) but she's also kind of fun, mostly because the actress is good. I enjoyed Brando kicking Gladys to the curb and telling her to get a job. Dude is like 30 years old, time to cut the cord. LOL at Gladys thinking she was going to be a model at Deception. I wish the teens actually did interesting things. What 18 year olds sit around talking about their parents all day? Especially their parents' love lives? Especially when it's summer and they're at the pool? Lame! Spencer/Ava scenes tomorrow. Yes please!

We've seen Spencer shirtless at the pool three or four times in just the last week, yet Shawn and Curtis have their shirts on. What's up with that? Shawn's been out of jail for five seconds and Carly is already making it all about her and trying to get him back into the mob. I did laugh at her thanking him for stabbing Jason. So now Curtis is going to look at old case files to see if he can help find out who shot Hayden. Lawd. He knows Nik was responsible. Why is this a storyline? Spencer says Jason and Carly getting married is the happy ending they deserve, they'll be perfect together and Sonny would've approved. 🙄 Lawd, he's been back on the show for five minutes and is already on Jarly prop duty. Then the Cam/Joss and Jason/Carly comparison. Lordy. Why does everyone have to prop them like crazy? They're not even a real couple! This is so dumb. LOL at Carly being amused that Joss pushed Spencer into the pool again but also being afraid of getting sued. I zoned out during the Jordan/Stella scenes. I kind of want Stella and Gladys to become friends. Imagine them going around PC being busy bodies together.

Bechtel was really cute as a young child and Spencer was amusing at first. However, his shtick got old after awhile and I got really tired of how fixated on him TPTB seemed to be. I hated having to watch the kiddie triangle with Spencer, Cam, and Emma. I was glad when they sent Spencer to Europe and dreaded when NB would pop in. His version of Spencer stopped being fun and cute a long time ago. I'm all for the recast. Even if you were a fan, it's time to move on. He's a kid and kids almost always get recast and aged up on soaps. Like, I love the girl who plays Emma and I think it'd be cool if they could wait a couple years until she's a little older and bring her back to mix it up with the rest of the teens, but I'd understand if they recast instead because that's just how it goes on soaps.

This Shawn and Sam stuff is unbelievably stupid. Sam knows that Nik was responsible for Hayden's shooting! This is a storyline that played out on screen just a few years ago. There were scenes where Sam confronted Nikolas about it. Drew also knew. Laura knows. Liz knows. Curtis knows. I believe Finn knows. Literally there was a story where like half the town figured out it was Nik. Are we supposed to pretend that stuff never happened? Unless this somehow leads to Sam finding out she has a brain tumor that's causing amnesia, her investigating Hayden's shooting makes no sense. Do they not have anything better for Sam to do? KeMo looked good in her swimwear though (duh). Why was Shawn wearing a shirt? Also, someone explain to me how Ryan is at this spa prison for non-violent criminals with Alexis. Please! What's next, is Cyrus going to be there? I love JL playing Ryan and am interested in seeing what happens with this, but come on. I like the idea of Britt and Terry running the hospital together, but this would've played a lot better had we ever seen any kind of conflict/animosity/rivalry between them before now. Terry throwing shade at Britt just feels random because we've never really seen them interact and don't really know why Terry doesn't like her other than the usual "omg she's the Britch, so evil." Also, how in the world did Terry know about Jason/Britt? Stupid! But I'm all for more airtime for Terry and her and Britt working together/fighting... just make it make sense. I also had to roll my eyes at Monica saying that if Britt doesn't accept the offer, they'll have to look for another chief of staff. Uh, why wouldn't they just give the job to Terry then if Britt doesn't want it? Silly. I enjoyed Liz telling Jason about Peter finally. Also, the look on Jason's face when Britt was rambling on about the toothbrush head was hilarious. Britt, I doubt Jason knows what Venmo is. 😂 Nina/Mike... zzzz! I'm so over it. I barely pay attention to their scenes at this point honestly. They felt so out of place today.

Yeah, we really don't need Todd back. At this point Howarth would just play him the same exact way he plays Austin and Franco. I was just watching 90s Todd clips yesterday and I honestly can't even wrap my head around the fact that it's the same actor who's on my screen now. He just acts foolish now.

No offense to them but why would anyone care about what they're doing in their personal lives. LOL. I had to peek at their channel and their most recent videos only seem to get a couple thousand views each. I would imagine far fewer people than that actually make it through an entire video. Randomly making a 42-minute video about how he's never coming back to DAYS makes me think they're desperate for views. 😂

I've never seen Freddie's channel. Is it really just long videos of him and his wife talking (like the one someone just posted in this thread)? I can't imagine watching that. I'd be perfectly fine with a Sonny recast. Freddie and Chandler haven't had chemistry in a while anyway.

I love seeing the JaSam fans on twitter make wild claims that the show's ratings are solely dependent on if Jason and Sam are together or not. According to them, any time the ratings go down, it's because Jason likes Britt now and not Sam. LOL. Okayyy. Do Finn and Anna really have stans? I guess I don't pay attention. I'm yet to see much fanfare over any Finn pairing. Or Finn in general. I'm glad that they're shaking up the pairings. Jason and Sam were beyond stale and the actors seemed really over the pairing. The story with Britt has breathed new life into Jason (the engagement with Carly, not so much, lol). It's been good to have a break from Sonny dominating everything in Port Charles (though Mike is getting boring and I'm ready for something to happen, and I'm sure we'll be back to Carly/Sonny soon enough). Anna is so much better with Valentin, and Valentin is finally an enjoyable character now that he's mostly out of Nina's orbit. Franco/Friz needed to go, not that I find Finn/Liz exciting and we're still stuck with Howarth. I do laugh at the social media stans complaining about how awful the show is without William deVry. Please... Then you even have people who are up in arms because they recast Nicholas Bechtel. A child. As if this has never happened in the history of soaps. We're clearly delving into more mature territory with Spencer now and it was time to move onto a different actor. We're not gonna have Bechtel shirtless at the pool and flirting with Trina. Spencer is 18 like the rest of the group now and they can tell more adult stories with them. The new guy is doing decent so far for being a brand new actor, plus he's adorable and seems like a sweet kid. I like him. 🤷‍♀️ Also, random but we need Felicia to hang out at the new pool. She and Mac should have plenty of free time with Maxie taking the kids out of town. I don't look this good and I'm half her age...

I'd be open to something with Nicole and Philip (especially if the alternative is Nicole and Rafe, bleh). Chloe will obviously kick Philip to the curb eventually for Brady, so then Philip and Nicole could bond over both of their relationships ending. There could even be some drama between Chloe/Nicole, like yeah Chloe dumped him but it still makes her jealous to see him with Nicole. Pleaaase. I'd much rather watch anything along these lines than Nicole, Rafe, and Duke.
