Thanks. I had heard the name but didn't know the story. Was this when he was upset about Robert/Holly, or was this when he was with Holly? I always wonder how much the exits in 1983/early 1984 hurt the show. That was, what, Luke, Laura (again), Lesley, Blackie, Heather, Scott, Susan Moore...did you feel like the show declined around this time or was it not noticeable? I also meant to ask - what did you think of Judith Chapman's character, Ginny? She sounds very strange. I haven't bothered watching any clips with her yet.

Thanks for all the detail. If DAYS ends I wish they'd have Tony return and reunite with Anna. It would be a nice gesture to their fans. It would only have to take up a few episodes.

The Tony of the early years and the one in the JER era seemed very different. It seemed like this became personal, with the way Tony was written when JER returned, and then some of Thaao's comments about him. I thought the idea of having Andre as the one who did all that stuff was very good. Then they ended up killing Tony off again anyway.

I know this is something that is probably obvious, but what does "she'll never hold a peach" mean? I laughed when she said Marlo's comments were "scripted." Reality shows have gotten to the point where even the people on them admit a lot of it is fake.

I'll never really understand the show's very weird issues with Tony DiMera (and they seem kind of personal, based on some of Thaao's comments).
