  3. 3-4 parts of this were posted. It's 1996 not 1995. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFRA7ZK23v4

  5. This must be the only time a soap did a rape (or attempted rape) redemption story with a man. I guess next after that would be Michael on GH.
  6. I believe Red Buttons also turned down the role.
  7. That was quite a cliffhanger! I'm glad you balanced this out with heart to heart talks as well. I just hope Sharlene doesn't forget what John is doing.
  8. David Gautreaux (ex-Garth, Search for Tomorrow; Austin Buchanan, OLTL) screen-tested for a role on Dynasty opposite Stephanie Beacham, but had to turn it down because of his OLTL schedule.
  9. April 1988 Digest
  10. May 2001 SOD issue... Passions denied rumors that they were hiring Mark-Paul Gosselaar.
  11. Guess the ATWT actor in this clip. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GLh4EK6Fp-M&feature=plcp
  12. The exit fit Bet like a glove, more than a happy ending would have (Bet was always a smile on her face, crying on the inside character), but it just was so sad. I hate how often people only remember her botched return and say oh she was awful, she should never be on the show again, blah blah blah, while we are stuck with "legends" like Carla. What I hate most is that Collinson's Corrie told us that Betty let her best friend leave town in shame instead of signing the pub over to her. Due to many factors, Corrie seemed to have poor endings or non-endings for most of their longtime characters. Hilda and Stan probably had the best.
  13. I agree with you there. The last scene with Elsie is probably what I will always remember most from Corrie, but otherwise her exit was very rushed. Bet's was just way too heartbreaking.
  14. Thanks! Do you know who played Claudia's mother?
  15. Are the full clips of Alice's confession to killing Diana online (in English)?
  16. That's great. I wonder why they didn't ask her back for Pat's exit.
  17. Natalie Cassidy will not be pleased. http://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/tv-film-news/denise-van-outen-is-in-talks-to-join-820060
  18. Lorie - Cady McClain Leslie - that brunette in the first season of Facts of Life Peggy - the younger sister from Reba Chris - Tracy Melchior
  19. If they bring Lorie back MAB would probably cast Cady McClain.
  20. It's too bad no soap ever did anything with Jeff Griggs, who ended up mostly showing his talents in softcore late night fare.
  21. 1979-1980, 1980-1981 in review. I'm shocked they would consider the rape as one of their best moments since they tried so hard to drop it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsdTARt727U&feature=channel&list=UL
  22. Neither had I. That's why I posted the article, to see if anyone remembered her.
