This challenge should be resolved in April but I have ZERO faith in BeIN in regards to the WTA because currently, that channel is an On Demand channel for me, which means I won't get matches the same day as everyone else.

Never count out Venus! I didn't realize until now that Vee returned. Did she play last year? Serena said returning to IW was about forgiveness and that was a different crowd 16+ years ago. @Faulkner, we are lucky to even get these matches considering the WTA pulled away from TC.

I really like Puig and hopes she has a breakthru. Pliskobot is hilarious and so fitting. I like her but she seriously needs a personality. I was thinking during her first set, someone needs to connect her wires. Then Annacone said she needs her battery charged. I know this is said about many players who could use a jolt but it just seemed so fitting for Pliskova. Her post match interviews sound like recordings.

I fell asleep right before the match and missed the reruns. Wow! Good for Querry, who's considerably taller than I thought. Before his match with Nick, I was shocked at his height. Nick is pretty tall and Sam is taller than he is. I'm a bit confused why Djoker/Nadal would play Acapulco as opposed to Dubai? Anyone know? Djoker needed a wildcard. Odd? @Faulkner, the WTA really screwed us by not contracting with TC. If not for slams and the end of IW, we can't see matches. I refused to watch Tsurenko/Mladenovic in Spanish! In all honesty, I don't believe Delpo fully trusts his wrist. I'm like that with my left knee. I won't let myself do a true burpee as I don't trust my knee. I think Delpo has a mental block because we've seen what he can do.

Embarrassing loss. Fed should have won that but played like an amateur! Terrible follow up from Oz. And yes, Tiafoe's improvement is wonderful to see, @DramatistDreamer. He was serving like the big boys and that forehand! Delpo was a bit frustrated at times.
