Trying to figure out what Karen thinks she accomplished here. Tommy is not an upstanding citizen. Far from it. She has over 35 arrest, most for stealing, so is anything Karen said a surprise? We already know she's an alcoholic who's extremely violent. Karen looks like a fool and I'm certain she's intoxicated in that blast.

The ONLY reason this doesn't work for me is because when Porsha said she asked Phaedra 3 times if the info came directly from Kandi, Phaedra did not take this opportunity to clear it up. This is the only holdout for me.

Porsha setting Phaedra up doesn't make sense to me because Phaedra has had plenty of time to clear this up. She all but confirmed Porsha's claim that she was asked 3 times if she (Phaedra) got the info directly from Kandi. Phaedra has had ample opportunity to not go under Porsha's bus, but "under the bus" she went? That is not who Phaedra is. I think Porsha was happy to throw this "secret" in Kandi's face but made sure she was sure before saying something. Phaedra as Porsha's pawn did not play out on that finale to me, especially not when Phaedra could have changed the narrative at any time. If Porsha threw herself a lifeline, why not? As far as she knew, Phaedra was telling the truth. That was not the case. These women get nasty and dirty for the cameras and Porsha thought she had some ammunition on Kandi based on what a FRIEND told her. Maybe Porsha was not a good friend for repeating what was told to her, but Phaedra wasn't a good friend either. Not to mention, Phaedra is a disgusting human being and woman for even telling such a childish lie. She was my fav after Nene. My bestie in the whole wide world is Dawn, and if she told me someone we both knew did something, I would believe her. IMHO, that is what Porsha did, believe something a good friend told her.

Kandi does have a really good defamation case. All Phaedra needed to do was tell one person and Kandi has a suit. Porsha wasn't lying when she said Phaedra told her 3 times that it came directly from Kandi. Sheree was actually watchable because, unlike Kenya, she didn't treat this whole mess as a personal vindication while pretending to care about either party. Kenya as the little chorus was so annoying. Cynthia was awesome and you knew she was talking from the heart. It was despicable what Phaedra did and she should have known better. She must have really wanted to hurt Kandi to something so trashy. And I truly believe Porsha thought the accusations were true because they came from a friend. When Porsha hit Kandi with it at that table, she was talking as someone who just revealed a dark secret. I didn't see the original scene but I saw the playback. When Porsha first mentioned the drugging and rape, I thought she was lying, just like everyone else. Phaedra said nothing. WOW! If Shimea became a HW, she would not last more than a season. She doesn't strike me as someone who gets nasty and dirty for a paycheck. Much like Kim Fields. She has her limits. ETA: I still loathe Kandi!
