Horrible finale? Horrible season!

Basically I was gushing about how that trailer was giving me EVERYTHING. It looks like things are going to build to a satisfactory conclusion. I just hope Adriana and Lea do reconcile.

Oh I agree! I'm enjoying Miami, but it doesn't have that same energy as last season.

I didn't find Ana boring. Not too exciting, but good enough for a first season. I liked the different types of relationships she had with the ladies, that's where she had the most to offer. I LOVED seeing Ana with Joanna, because I thought she brought out a softer side to her.

This season sucks for Miami. The combination of 5 makes no sense and Marysol has appeared enough that she needs to be a housewife. The lack of supporting characters has also hurt the show. It seems too isolated and focused on just the weddings and Lea vs Adriana with the only other major story being the fuckery with Alexia's family. I'm glad Alexia is back, but she needs to be one of 7 housewives, not one of 5. By having her as part of a smaller cast, that means we have to see more of her and it's just too cringeworthy to watch her family for extended periods of time. Anytime Peter is on screen I'm revolted. I also think it was a HUGE HUGE mistake to get rid of Ana. If anything, they should've pushed for Ana vs Lea, not Lea vs Adriana. Adriana was a popular character for her and I think this story is damaging her too much. The way these shows are scripted I don't think we have the real story about Adriana's marriage. I feel like Lea knew about it and played along because it suited the original story Bravo wanted to tell.

Well one shock for me is seeing these early episodes so heavily deal with Eve's past and I know this wasn't revealed until 2004. I have no idea how they'll stretch it out that long. From the beginning they setup Chad as Eve and Julian's son, setup Chad/Whitney and already had people finding out about Eve. I had assumed we'd learn this information as a slower pace, but the episodes I'm watching now make it seem like Eve will be revealed soon.

Now that Gretchen and Alexis are gone, what do yall want for RHOC Season 9? I don't want a huge shakeup, because the previous season was so good. Right now they have 4 strong wives (Vicki, Heather, Tamra, Lydia) which is a good base to start with. I'd beg Lauri to become a regular (she can take Gretchen's place as Vicki's new rival), bring on one newbie and try to get Jeana back full-time at all costs. That would be perfection IMO, but it's not what will happen I'm sure.

Melissa just needs to do like me and buy Poo-Pourri. There will be no smell. If that stuff from her book is true, then it must be a parody. I can't believe somebody let her release that.

I love Passions! I'm watching the show from the beginning and right now I'm in May 2000. The episode I just watched was the debut for Y&R star Brenda Epperson as Crystal, a friend from Eve's past. The show is too repetitive, but is still very interesting and fresh. Plus I haven't reached the beginning of the crazy recasts yet.

The View is so far away from what the original lineup was, even Elizabeth's role was more as the Republican than being the young one. I don't think the panel makes any sense so I'd just like Ana there to have a housewife in the mix. Then maybe next year she can join RHONY. Looking long term, I could see Whoopi, Sherri, Jenny, Katie (Couric) and Ana being a good lineup.

I read an article that The View wants their final slot to be filled by a latina. Considering this is the second time Ana is appearing, without RHOM to promote, I'd say she obviously has a good shot at getting that position. Why else would they have her back on? I wish her luck!

Alexis and Gretchen leaving would be great, with the return of Lauri and Jeana, but that won't happen. I expect Alexis to likely leave, but I can't see them dumping Gretchen with a potential wedding looming.

All I care about in regards to LuAnn's breakup, is Ramona making a rude comment about it in the reunion! Hopefully on the show and in the reunion so I can get more laughs.

I tried holding on, but I started skipping things in season 5 and 6 and then just gave up. I do plan on rewatching that fabulous final season though. My viewing of The Colbys went much better. That was a pretty good show, by Dynasty standards. I'd say seasons 1-2, 9 plus The Colbys are the only worthwhile seasons in the Dynasty universe.

I thought I could trust my Bravo loving Sudsy family, but yall lied to me!!!! I DREAM OF NENE WAS *NOT* BORING! It was fricking fabulous! I LOVED it from beginning to end! I think they did a good job of setting up the backstory of Greg and Nene as a couple and their extended family and what drama it might bring. I look forward to the mystery of Greg's sons and why he's kept them separate from his life with Nene and Brent. I loved Nene with the prenup and it was fun watching the footage from the first wedding, including Nene and Gregg's sexy kiss. After the unwatchable season of RHONJ and the mediocre season of RHOM, I'm happy to have something to be completely enthusiastic about on Bravo!

Wow! I'm really shocked Atlanta is coming back so soon after I Dream of Nene. I kinda think this is a mistake. Maybe they felt that NYC wasn't strong enough to launch right now. Either way, I need to stop complaining since I love my ATL girls so much, even with Kenya and Porsha.

I just watched the preview, but I'm at work so I didn't have it at full volume. It looks good and not as dark as last season. At the very least we'll be able to actually deal with this situations unlike the Adrienne situation where nobody could say what actually happened. I couldn't clearly tell if Lisa and Brandi were fighting with no sound, what was the gist of that?

Yeah, I just watched and I didn't really see it either. Twitter was overreacting on that one, but Paula seemed like she was on something.

I think I Dream of Nene will be killer next week. I still haven't seen the first episode, but the previews for episode 2 are hot. In the Supertrailer I didn't understand why one bridesmaid was hating on Diana, but I get it now. In the preview Diana seems very possessive and wants to have the power to choose Nene's bridesmaids since she knew Nene the longest. She also tells Marlo that she doesn't deserve to be one since she's only known Nene for 2 years. She sounds nuts! In other Nene news, apparently she caused a big stir on Watch What Happens tonight. It looks like she was jealous of Paula Patton and probably upset that Paula got the seat closest to Andy. In other housewives news, Wikipedia shows the RHONJ reunion starting on October 6th. If you give it 3 parts plus a lost footage, that puts it ending around the time RHOBH begins. I wonder what will air on sundays? Will it be time for RHONY? Will they move RHOM to Sunday? Something new that we don't know about? I hope it simply means we'll hear an announcement for RHONY soon. Last year they launched ATL and RHOBH at the same time in November so it's very possiblw.

Marlo is a legend in the making.

If there are no repeats, then Miami will be airing it's 13th episode that night. Perhaps it'll be RHOBH at 7, RHOM at 8 and Vanderpump Rules at 9.

Nene is on another level, but I do t hink Kim is right behind her. They were breakout stars in the vein of Bethenny and Lisa Vanderpump. When I think star housewives I think Nene, Kim, Bethenny, Teresa and Lisa Vanderpump.

Kim and Nene are the stars of this show. You need Kim!

Content-wise, I found season 5 terrible. When Kim was there in just 5 episodes we had several classic moments. Lots of good moments with her family and w hen she did interact with the ladies it was entertaining. Now that she's reconciled with Nene, yet still is fighting with Kandi could provide good drama. Kim was a spark plug, which this show needs. Kenya and Porsha didn't work for me because Kenya was clearly acting and trying too hard and nobody cared about Porsha. As a result, most of the wives had little to do because they didn't have a strong enough relationship with anybody. Love or hate them, Kim, Marlo and Sheree are spark plugs and bring something out of these other ladies. Nene has already been tweeting about all the acting and fakery going on for season 6. If it's going to be more of the same of season 5 then I'll pass.
