Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Doubtful. We may see her or Caroline in a scene or two, but I think they're gone. Jacqueline was being fired due to Dina not wanting to film with her so she can't be a full wife. She could've also been filming for the Manzo spin-off. I wonder if Kathy is still going to have a presence on the show.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Only complaint I have about Ladies of London (other than it not being a HW series) is that 4 of the 6 women are American. I feel that was a cop out and as Real Housewives of Melbourne (and Vancouver) have shown us, there are a lot of interesting non-Americans out there that are perfect for these shows. Hell, even Beverly Hills' most popular cast member is British. In fact, they had THREE Europeans on the show this past season. Moving on... I haven't seen RHONY yet, but the clips on BravoTV.com are just killing me. WHY IS HEATHER DIGGING INTO AVIVA'S ASS LIKE THIS?! She is killing that poor girl and I can't take it! My wig blew off as I was watching those clips. She EVISCERATED that monster and I LOVED IT!! In the preview for next week Aviva asks her what the problem she has with her is and Heather gives her a list of things she's said about others, which Aviva obviously can't deny. Then Aviva asks her what she did to her in particular and Heather said she isn't going to wait for Aviva to trash her like she did the others. THAT IS SMART! I wish more housewives were as upfront as Heather is being. She always confronts problems head on and I love that. Sonja and Ramona bizarrely being friends with Aviva is going to come back and bite them in the ass.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Just an FYI, Bravo announced all of it's new and in-development series going into the first quarter of 2015 and they didn't mention RHOM with the returning series. I think that show is dead, but unlike DC, since it doesn't have an audience, there won't be demand for an answer. We'll probably officially find out in a few months.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I KNEW when this show was in development it was basically Real Housewives of London. Instead, they've gone with the title Ladies of London. It looks really good. Shame they didn't make it a HW series. LINK: http://www.glamour.com/entertainment/blogs/obsessed/2014/04/ladies-of-london-bravo-tv-show.html

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LOL I know! But now that it's on TMZ I feel there may be some truth to it! I just hope they lose. Get rid of Phaedra and Porsha and bring back Kim and Sheree. Or Kim and Marlo.

Married to Medicine
She will be back! There is a funny bonus clip on the Bravo website of her getting into it with Mariah. I wonder what happened with her status on the show. Considering how central she was to drama I'm surprised they didn't keep her. I would've kept her. I liked the way she'd go against Quad and Mariah and could actually keep up. She was entertaining with those hemorrhoid lips. At the very least it's good that she'll basically be featured as a "friend" throughout. I think her accent and mannerisms can give off ratchet, but she's still very well spoken, just with a hood lean. I LOVE me some Dr. Simone. She was giving me everything I needed this episode. The way she shut Heavenly down was epic. I just love everything that comes out of her mouth. Then when Tacky Toya tried it you could tell she was done. I was just as shocked as she was that she was the center of the drama. Speaking of drama, Dr. Jackie has always been an ethereal goddess, but she REALLY slayed me when she killed Heavenly. She read that poor women in such an effortless way and did not break a single sweat or raise her voice doing it. If she ever did Celebrity Apprentice they would be done. Nene would probably have to kill her. Don't come for Dr. Jackie unless she sends for you! Mariah is just tired, I'm over her. She's mildly entertaining, but at the bottom of my list right now. Quad remains everything, but THOSE WIGS!!! Why isn't anybody consulting her? Now that I do drag I don't have any sympathy for Struggle Wigs. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. Sharkeisha Banks (my drag persona) has better wigs that cost $30 and don't make me look like I'm balding! WTF Quad?! How are you gonna say you're the [!@#$%^&*] with those wigs?

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Now TMZ is reporting that the cast is threatening to walk if Porsha isn't kept on. Do we believe this? For one, she was likely to be fired REGARDLESS, so who cares? I also find it hard to think they care what Phaedra thinks since they canceled her spin-off and likely wouldn't invite her back. Perhaps they really don't care and will bring her back as well. Also, Kenya is coming back regardless so they can drop trying to get her fired. In reality, I think they'll buckle and come back. I hope Bravo isn't stupid enough to fold and bring Porsha back. She has no story and is a complete moron. They need to add somebody to freshen things up and she is the obvious person to go.

Hollyoaks: Discussion Thread
I thought those dark stories were balanced out well with other things. And I never found Warren/Claire as dark as some of the stuff with Brendan or now. The darkest story I would say was the Niall story, but I liked that in the context of the show, with better balance. I loved that story actually. It was before the McQueen's were ruined and when they all had distinct personalities. I don't think that story would work right now because that family is so bland, like all of the others.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
The difference between Jody and Andrea's tired ass is that I honestly did not realize she was a part of the cast until the ski vacation episode. She was as irrelevant as humanly possible and is only somewhat relevant because of the dragging she has received from Gina! She is easily my least favorite and the one I wouldn't invite back next season.

Cheap I don't know whether to love you or hate you. I LOVE you for that fabulous recap of the best HW series on air right now, but my HATE comes from my jealousy that you've seen it and I'm stuck waiting till I get off work to watch it!! Gina is EVERYTHING. I feel like she snatches more and more of my weave each week.

Hollyoaks: Discussion Thread
Based on how good Kirkwood's first stint on Hollyoaks was, I thought all the talk of his Eastenders being bad was just hateration. It's sad to see that it's apparently true. I wonder if he got lucky the first time with Hollyoaks and is a one-hit-wonder. It's crazy that besides Lucy Allan, all the subsequent showrunners stripped everything he established in terms of the tone and look of the show, yet he's continued on in that depressing vein.

Hollyoaks: Discussion Thread
Oh god, the Lomax family is putting me to sleep. In addition to Grace & Trevor, Finn, Diane and others whose names I don't know. I also feel like Darren and Nancy are tired. I never liked her once she transitioned out of college and got with Darren. The last interesting story for her was the triangle with Ravi and Kris.

Ste seems as directionless as humanly possible. John Paul's story is also an abomination. I don't understand Finn's motivation for raping John Paul. I don't understand the purpose of the story in terms of advancing either character. And I really don't find it believable that John Paul would be so afraid of these kids. I feel the rape aspect was done for shock value and they don't know where to go beyond that.

Hollyoaks: Discussion Thread
I'm now in the second week of February and I'm not really enjoying Hollyoaks. As I'm watching I'm starting to see that every storyline seems dark or depressing in some way. I find it hard to believe Bryan Kirkwood is writing as this isn't how Hollyoaks was during his first stint. There is no comedy, the pop music is mostly gone and the look of the show has lost all the colors and youthfulness for a typical, gloomy British soap look. Instead of the families created through the bond of going to college, you have a lot more family units now. That would be fine if there were more diversity in the way these families were portrayed. Paul Marquesses' stint ruined the show IMO and it looks like the show is continuing more in that vein than anything Kirkwood did before. I'm also surprised so many of his characters survived. Diane, for example, has seemed useless for years and now seems thrown into a relationship with Tony just so they have something to do. Compared to his previous love interests I'm not feeling it. Most of all, the most disappointing aspect of nuHollyoaks is the mob influence. I HATE that. It's so overdone on soaps and it just doesn't work here. Grace is no Claire and Trevor is boring. The only interesting one of the lot is Frasier and from what I've gathered he has been killed off. How is everybody else feeling? Is my opinion rare?

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Star was fine on the show. She wasn't even vicious in the boardroom, simply as a lawyer she had good reasoning skills to prevent Trump from firing her. She always worked hard anyway, so it way always a no brainer to keep her. Nene and Star were friends until Nene felt Star turned on her by saying she should be Project Manager. Nene, being an uneducated fool, assumed Star was manipulating the girls and things to make her look bad. In reality, Nene was the only castmate (I believe on either team) that hadn't made ANY money for her charity, so Star said it only made sense for Nene to be next. Considering the goal of the show, Star was right. After that Nene attacked Star and then quit like a baby once Trump switched her from Star's team. She wanted to continue treating Star like garbage and got mad, that's it. It was typical Nene.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I just finished Beverly Hills reunion and what a bore. I will say that Brandi does nothing for me. I was a HUGE fan of hers season 2 and 3, but she just wasn't interesting or watchable for me in any aspect this year. I feel she's a Lynne, Alexis or Gretchen that was a good cast member, but is past her prime now. Of course she won't go anywhere, but I just am not featured her anymore. Despite all the tears I felt nothing from her. I also feel over Yolanda who didn't have much to offer except constantly shutting up Joyce and Carlton. The only really interesting moment was when the husbands came out. I thought Ken and Michael both provided memorable moments to the reunion.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LuAnn is FAB and I agree that she seems relaxed and is having fun. Her worst season was 4 because of the feud with Alex. I think the hatred between them was real so it got very dark (although I loved it), but LuAnn works better in a light capacity. She was FAB FAB FAB in this latest episode. Speaking of, Amanda is saying she was auditioning for the HW spot and she blames Heather for her not getting it. She said that nobody knew whether she or Kristen was the new HW and that Heather kept pushing Kristen because she didn't like her. First of all, that is BS because if Amanda were meant to be a housewife she would've gotten more of an introduction. Clearly she was never intended to be anything other than somebody Aviva could film with in case her relationship was too strained with the ladies. She is a classic case of a "friend of the housewives." Besides, even if Heather did prefer Kristen that is her choice and based on Amanda's actions, it's not surprising. It was car crash TV watching Amanda make all those bizarre comments out of nowhere. With that said, I LOVE HER MESSY ASS! She and Aviva are the type of villains I can root for! I just can't express enough how perfect this episode was and how perfect RHONY is this season. Their trip to the Hampton's gave me EVERYTHING I needed. The confrontations on this show are always so memorable. I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE HEATHER VS AMANDA NEXT WEEK! How *dare* they not do a 2-hour episode so I can see it now. Heather aint no punk and went RIGHT UP to Amanda's drunk ass. I need to stop talking about this because I might faint!

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
I think the Wiccan stuff was one of the things that worked. It was funny and Carlton was a total airhead about it which led to some great confrontations. I think the sex stuff is what came off forced and cheesy. I think the few times they showed Carlton one-on-one with Lisa or Brandi that it worked. When she showed her organizing that party for her husbands business, that worked. I completely blame the producers for a lot of the failures this past season. They did a terrible job mapping out the season, similar to what happened with New York last season. The problem with New York wasn't the reboot, but the lack of introduction for the ladies and the way the previous cast was let go. I hope that New Jersey looked at Atlanta and Orange County for inspiration on how to reboot a cast. If thats the route Beverly Hills wants to go they need to look at those shows as well. I think both have pretty much set the standard. Also it cannot be stressed enough that Beverly Hills needs to get those supporting players back, starting with Kim for Kyle.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
If they're smart they'll bring both Carlton and Joyce back. I think they performed well enough for a first season. Too much turnover kills these shows, especially with a franchise like this which now has trouble getting Beverly Hills ladies. Next season the producers need to use Joyce and Carlton's wealth and add the glamour back to the show. I would do a cast of Lisa, Carlton, Brandi, Joyce, Kyle, Camille with one new housewife. I wouldn't waste time with Yolanda.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
They did that with absolutely no promotion. I'd say that is good considering. Regardless the show has an audience and it's holding it and slightly building after 4 episodes. It's not the end of the world IMO.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
The teaser for episode one only mentions Heather, Tamra and Vicki. I really think that Lydia quitting threw them for a loop, along with the difficulty finding new wives. In the end I think it worked out. Both new wives look interesting. I hope it works and that they have a solid cast for the next 2-3 years.

I actually think the OC opening looks great. It's been tweaked enough and it looked glossy and fresh IMO. They update it every season. I think it looks better than ATL's currently does.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Season 5 would've been epic with Kim and IMO regardless of how much she films with the ladies, her family life is interesting enough to fill segments. She gave great material in those episodes of season 5. I think she works better within the housewives than she does on a spin-off. Also with her done with having kids I could see her mixing it up with the ladies again.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
LMAO! I could see Nene making threats like that and I do think that will keep them from bringing Marlo on full-time, but it wouldn't work to get rid of Kenya. *If* Nene did leave I think they'd bring on Marlo and try to get Kim or Sheree or both back so you can still have originals in the bunch. I also think the show would do just fine without Nene, but I can't see Nene dropping the show until she has a rock solid acting gig.
