At the Abbott House. Nikki knocks on the door. Jack opens it and is very pleased to see her. He gives her a hug.

Jack: How nice it is to see you.

Nikki: Same here Jack. I am just so furious I didn’t know who else to turn too.

Jack: You know I am always here for you. What’s going on?

Nikki: Jill and the damned press conference she had announcing the new Newman board members. Kay and Jill say they want to take Newman in a different direction but Ashley used to be a Newman herself. I just don’t get it. Not only that she would have a conflict on interest working at Jabot and on the Newman board. I mean this doesn’t make any sense.

Jack: I know Nikki. But it’s a good thing Ash is there. Now we have an inside track on what is going on at Newman.

Nikki: Oh you mean you plan to take Newman.

Jack: Yes. I want to help you get it back from Kay and put it where it belongs.

Nikki: Thank you Jack for being there. I really have no one right now. Victoria is still in Japan and Nick, I don’t even know these days. He’s keeping a low profile.

Jack: Nikki, I’m always here for you.” He leans in and kisses her.

Episode 77: Cane and Avery Make Love as Daisy Carter Returns!!

At the GCAC. Cane gets a knock on his door. He opens it and sees Avery wearing a trench coat.

Cane: For something so simple, you still look amazing.

She walks in and begins to kiss him passionately. She takes his shirt off. She kisses his chest then she stops and then looks at him.

Cane: Is something wrong?

Avery: I’m hungry Cane.” She drops her trench coat to reveal her naked body. Cane is impressed. “Wow”

Avery: I thought you might like this. It’s yours Cane. Come take it.

Cane grabs Avery and kisses her once again. He picks her and she wraps her legs around his. He carries them over to the couch. He lays her down. She rubs on herself enticing Cane even more. He takes his pants off and lays on top of Avery and the two begin to make love in the candle light.

At Crimson Lights. Scotty walks in and sees Eden. He walks over to her.

Eden: Hey you. We meet again.

Scotty: We do. I was wondering do you own this place?

Eden: By default yes.

Scotty: What does that mean? Before Eden can answer Scotty gets a phone call. It’s Vandalynn again. He hits ignore.

Scotty: Sorry about that. You were saying?

Eden: My brother died in an explosion several months ago. So I got this coffee shop by default.

Scotty: Yea I heard about the explosion. My mom told me.

Eden: Yes, It was terrible. Is there something I can do for you?

Scotty: Actually yes.” Before he can go any further. His phone rings again. He hits ignore on Vandalynn’s incoming call.

Eden: You seem to be very popular.

Back at Cane’s. Avery lays on top of Cane as they are both heavily breathing.

Avery: That was fantastic.

Cane: I do what I can.

She looks into his eyes again.

Avery: Where do we go from here? We made love Cane. But you have twins with Lily and the two of you are married. Oh my God, Did you hear what I just said? I slept with a married man!” Avery is very upset and begins to get dressed.

Avery: Cane, I’m sorry this was a mistake. I have to go. “ Avery hurries and leaves before Cane can get a word in. He is left feeling confused. He then looks into the twins bedroom and sees they are still sleeping. He then thinks of Lily. Cane really doesn’t know what to do now.

Back at Crimson Lights.

Scotty: My phone is on silent now. Are you hiring by chance? I think I’m going to be here in Genoa City awhile and I need some cash coming in.

Eden: I could use some help around here. Are you good with the public?

Scotty: I love to meet and greet people.

Eden: Good. You cant start tomorrow. Be here early for paper work and training.

Scotty: Eden thank you so much.” Scotty leaves the Java Shop. He phone is still vibrating with calls from Vandalynn.

Scotty: God she is so annoying.

The Jail. Avery is sitting in a meeting room when Daisy Carter walks in. Daisy smiles at her.

Avery: Hi Daisy

Daisy: Avery, hi What are you doing here?

Avery: I’m here to get you out of jail and reunite you with your daughter. Phyllis doesn’t deserve her. And you deserve a second chance.” Daisy has a huge smile on her face.
