Members samanthamorgan Posted July 28, 2006 Members Share Posted July 28, 2006 GH's ratings are still in the toilet. They got a small bump in the HH from 2.4 to 2.5 - both are dismal ratings. They also fell to 1.5 in the 18-49 demos. GH use to own the 18-49 demo and were #2 in that demo for the last 2 months. They have gone from 2.1/2.0 to 1.6/1.5. Why Guza still has a job is beyond me. My grandmother obviously never used the internet or even read the soap mags, and didn't even know any of the actors' names who played the characters, who the head writer was, the exec. producer, etc, despite there being end credits and such. Growing up, I had no idea about the writing changes on the shows, which is why I still have trouble saying what HW wrote a certain storyline. Also, actors could quit, get fired, renew, come back, whatever...we knew nothing about it. And the best part was no SPOILERS! Those were good times.
