The director of buffy the vampire is suppose to be making this movie, and its rumored that he has Sarah michelle gellar in mind for the role. I think Kate Beckinsale would be a great wonder woman, she's already proven her superhero status in underworld. I just don't see SMG as wonder woman.

I know I'm in the minority, but I'd love to see Charisma Carpenter from Buffy/Angel in the role. She's great.

I agree that SMG is not right for Wonder Woman.

I thought I had heard that Nadia Bjorlin was under consideration at one time, or maybe that was speculation.

SMG is too thin for WW. They need someone older, with a more curvy and athletic body.

Kate Beckinsale and Evangeline Lilly are good pics. Sarah Michelle Gellar and Charisma Carpenter would be horibly mis-cast. Nadia Bjorlin might be good, but not as good as Beckinsale and Lilly. I still think Catherine Zeta-Jones would be good as Wonder Woman too.

Anyone see the Wizard article comparing Charisma Carpenter and Lindsay Lohan for the role, where they concluded Lohan's freckely body looked more like Wonder Woman's arch nemesis Cheetah?

Carpenter won the article, btw.
