I stay enjoying seeing Martin. What a difference a year makes.

It's funny watching Hayley being mad over Babygate knowing that the walls are closing in on her and Bill will be mad at her soon enough...

Yep. I despise who Vanessa has become. Is she being used to make the Joey character more acceptable? Because now I hate them both.

This past week has been nuts. She watched Joey take down Nicole and Carlton at that dinner for pretty much no reason and said nothing. Then she ended up blaming Nicole for the mess. What did we get? A Nicole APOLOGY to Vanessa -- but nothing from Vanessa herself.

Then we got Vanessa trashing Bill when talking about his past with Dani, completely lacking in self-awareness that her past with Doug is filled with her being an unfaithful wife who does escorts at the country club. Now she runs the escort business and screws a mobster criminal killer.

We hear her say she's been a good, devoted mother, but all we've been shown says otherwise. I don't know why Dani and Nicole care so much about holding on to a friendship with this piece of trash.

I really like Ashley and Grayson.

I think at one point, the writers were trying to use Vanessa to make Joey more acceptable. Now...nah.

I am honestly disappointed that Vanessa vs Nicole didn't last a little bit longer. Of course, it could and probably will blow up again since this has been going on since Nicole suspected that Joey and Vanessa might be a thing. But still...I would rather they be at odds. At least until Vanessa finds out what Joey did.

I caught that, too. re: Vanessa and Bill. And I did side-eye.

And I think Nicole hit the bullseye when she said that Vanessa did not care about anything...her business AND her kids, throwing over all of it for Joey. And from what we have been shown through Donnell and Deanna, it's true. So I feel nothing about Deanna dragging her every chance she gets.

Liking a lot of the pairings today. Martin/Tomas. Kat/Ted. Now Martin/Nicole.

I happened to be working in my local office today, and was able to watch Beyond the Gates live in the lunchroom as I worked. I also caught the last ten minutes of B & B and the only thing I'll say about that show is yikes (haven't watched it in several years so I was very confused who everyone was... and was bummed that Brooke didn't give a look that indicated she also hid a letter written by Caroline to Ridge that she kept hidden!

Today was a filler day, but I also think there is some groundwork being laid out for May sweeps.

Shanice's line about men and their drama really hits home the anti-male vibe that the show has even though Shanice is doing the complete opposite of what her instincts are telling her to do.

The ending with Grayson was a nice surprise, and I think we can now agree that he's telling the truth about his mom. It would be nice if Ashley had someone she actually has chemistry with stay on the show LOL

Hayley was doing the Oscar reel today while the talks that Tomas had today don't bode well for the lad.

Was it a surprise, though? We got a clip of Grayson's attack last Friday in the promo for this week. When I saw it, I immediately thought he'd been stabbed.

Speaking of promos, why are they still running the promo of Hayley telling Lynette "We have to kill Bill"?

The surprise was it was placed at the end of the episode thus making it a cliffhanger. For once, the writers actually wrote an old school soap opera episode

Hayley knows how to manipulate a situation but there are too many moving parts for her to keeping deflecting from with indignation

Grayson sure enough isn't getting any chicken soon unless it's from Garland Memorial nutrition.

Nicole could have called or texted Ted about Martin. It was hardly a "fire" that required an in-person visit.
