  • Jackée Harry continues to prove she is not a dramatic actor. She should stick to comedies, although this soap is essentially a comedy.

IIRC, when Jackee was on AW, the writers tailored comedic storylines for Lily (and for Cass, Cecile, Felicia and Wallingford) that played to Jackee's strengths. Same goes for when Dorothy Lyman played Opal on AMC, or even when Sheri Anderson, Leah Laiman and Thom Racina wrote for Arleen Sorkin/Calliope. Writing for Jackee the same kinds of stories that DAYS writes for everyone else just plain doesn't work.

No, it doesn't. Since day one, even with the "writer", Paulina was written directly for Jackée. Under a different actor, one with actual dramatic appeal, there could be some viability for the character. But until that happens, Paulina will be a caricature.

It has gotten a little tiresome, hasn’t it? 😂😂

Awwww Dimitri 😊😊

But I absolutely loved the way he told Leo off today. It was very well deserved 👍👍

I gotta admit, I felt bad for him too but Leo choosing Javi is definitely the best thing for him/Peter Porte. There's so much that can be done with this character that doesn't involve Leo and Gwen. And Peter definitely has the range to pull it off, which he proved again today. And it would be a very, very boneheaded decision for Days not to take that chance with him. Hopefully, he finds somebody to move on with next week.

And yeah, Leo will never be the good guy in this situation, no matter how it's written.

I'm glad that we finally got some follow up with Rafe and Kristen, even though I'm not a fan of the two of them teaming up either. And I wouldn't be surprised if Rafe is actually playing her, in the hopes of taking her and EJ down once and for all. In a way, the two of them teaming up is kinda similar to EJ and Gwen teaming up: just annoying and unnecessary.

Speaking of Gwen, she herself, didn't seem to have much a purpose today but at least Xander looked hot in their scenes 😍😍

And so did Brady in his scenes with Sarah 😍

It's been a while since Days has done dueling sex scenes 😂😂

Sarah and Brady are boring, zero chemistry and they're like siblings and so forced

Did he take off all his clothes and say, "You could've had all this!"😂😍

I wonder if the Days writers have watched Wes Craven's Chiller. This Lexie story could take an interesting turn.

Unfortunately, no 😂😂😂

He used his words instead of his body today and I was still very impressed. I never expected Dimitri to go off on Leo that much. He even called him pathetic 😂😂

Ehhh… I still like them better than Xander/Gwen 😂

Always so good to see Leo front and center in Salem. Leo’s been around for 8 years now. Time flies. Can’t wait to see what’s next for the throuple. Greg continues to do great work along with Peter Porte.

Sarah and Dimitri continue to have the same hairstyle. Good thing they aren’t in scenes together.

Paul Telfer is beyond hot.

Xander and Gwen are at least still entertaining. Sarah and Brady are just as boring as watching paint dry.
