Classically passive-aggressive.

Again: I have no need to be passive on this board when I want to be aggressive lol. When have you or anyone here known me to be?

You read this wrong and took a simple statement as a personal jab at you because my experience contradicted your opinion. I'm sorry you took it that way, but I'm not taking responsibility for how you're behaving to a simple comment about jeans of all things. I'm done with this in this thread, if you want me I'm not hiding. You know where to find me.

I can't believe this was actually a scene. Writers, what are we doing? Michael/Jacinda/Kristina could be a juicy story, but not the Q's having a freak out over Michael's sex life.

I mean I can see old Edward haranguing Michael a bit for getting openly involved with not one but two sex workers, lol. But this whole family intervention with Olivia of all people (who was sprung for Johnny Zacchara and Sonny before making Leo with Julian) is silly.

Ned was once a rock-and-roll-playing bigamist, Alan rigged a roof to kill his wife AND her lover, and we ALL know about the time Tracy withheld Edward's meds to keep him from signing his new will. Yet, the Q's are up in arms over poor Michael's "Pretty Woman" fetish? I don't think so, GH.

I think they often would rake each other over the coals about the latest family sex (or murder) scandals, so that part is on brand tbf. But the whole idea of Olivia being the one to get it going, and these younger generations being involved doesn't really ring as true for me.

You're absolutely right and I think this is where the actor/character comes into play. Edward was such a curmudgeon, but most of us loved him. Olivia just irks me. She is such a hypocrite and not the fun kind. It's nothing against the actress. She doesn't have much to work with.

And also, it feels that the Q's are back to being filler again. I really thought Jason interacting with them more meant a renewed purpose on the show. I wouldn't mind if Dillon were recast or if Keesha Ward returned with AJ's child. Inject some new blood with Tracy, Michael, and Ned (who is happily divorced) as the old guard.

😂😂😂

Sorry for the double post. Didn't see this before my other reply. Whew. But this is so accurate and funny! If only Jacinda had Julia Roberts' charm.

I think Alan also killed Ray, Karen's abusive stepfather. None of them are saints.

I actually like Olivia a lot still, mostly my lasting fondness for Lisa Lo Cicero and some of Olivia's older stories, but most of what she does these days is annoying filler. I certainly don't need her of all people whining about Michael's sex life.

I don't think the Qs overall are filler atm, but I do think a lot of the story surrounding them is stuck in stasis. First there is wtfever is going on with BLQ and this damn baby and them taking forever with Chase and Willow, then there's Michael stuck with this dayplayer hooker and now there's Steve Burton taking off for however long. So I think you have stuff that is just filling guarantees for awhile. Hopefully that will change. (I would also bring back Keesha along with a couple kids - for Jason lol. I might bring back Dillon down the road.)

-- Lisa LoCicero should sue for defamation of character.

-- That whole sequence was SO bad -- just jaw-droppingly bad. Did someone decide that Olivia needed to remind everyone that she exists? Because none of that made sense.

-- Jason as the hit man? FAIL.

-- And then we see Jason in the previews -- which means he's STILL not gone. GO AWAY ALREADY.

I think they've been hurt by the Drew story being on pause and as said not moving forward with Michael's own story...and by being so hesitant to move forward with Brook Lynn and Chase splitting (I'm not sure if this baby plot is a backtrack or if they are just adding on even more angst for when they split).

They should try to give Tracy a story of her own while Jane is still there.

Willow, Michael and the Drew mess should be running full tilt. Hopefully with Steve out they'll get more time. Not with Michael's dayplayer. Agreed on Tracy.
