I read that Dancing with the Stars pros Gleb Savchenko and Marcquet Hill danced at the bridal shower. Why?

For some reason her friend Steffy, who threw the shower for her, is morphing into Nancy Hughes and strippers would be not appropriate.

It was as bad as it sounds. Nothing sexy about it, nothing fun or entertaining. Gleb was in off-season condition, and it all came off as cringe.

-- This Carter and Daphne insta-wedding is all contrived because the show doesn't want to spend a dollar on a real wedding for a guy who will move on to some other woman by summer.

-- At least Zende was there as minister so that another Black person would be in the room.

FF through the wedding. Why is B&B determined to marriage so many couples in short order? Bridge, Lope, Batie and Nose. Add-in untouchables - Sinn and Honey Bear, that's 12 prominent characters taken off the market.

Maybe it's B&B's signal that this is a serious attempt to turn the show over again - like 15 years ago with Steffy/Liam/Hope - with Will/Electra/RJ/Miss Dylan with Zende + Deke cheering them on!

Bummed that Miss Dylan didn't have the opportunity to hang out at the Pizza Shack for a couple of weeks before Will found her. It's like 30 minutes later she's back at the beach house. Ugh.

I absolutely loved AB's facial expressions when she saw Miss Dylan...please give AB a dude - shocked Carter didn't decide to climb The Vine tbh.

She's boring. So that means viewers will tune out, and Bradley will make her psycho.

It's wash, rinse, repeat with his writing.

I don't find her boring. Now whether Brad will eventually get bored of her is the real question. Looks like he's bored of Electra.

I hope Electra goes that route. The times when she's been nasty have been the most watchable.

The actress definitely has gotten better at that. Time will tell.

@Taoboi I think 'It's Not Prawper!' has entered the Top 3 of B&B drinking oft-repeated lines during the past decade:

  1. 'She's Toxic!' primarily for Quinn + Sheila (let's be real, Quinn was Sheila during those years)

  2. 'Why Did I Drink?'

  3. 'It's Not Prawper!'

One can hope.

They better put that in the next Emmy montage.

Line of the year!

Hahahaha! I could not believe that it has swiftly started to take off. B&B has not had that in a good moment. It made me think of the show THE SOUP.

Hahahhahaha!!! Oh how I remember that period ('why did I drink?').

I can't believe it's catching on. Go AB go!!!

Could the post-wedding sex scene between Carter and Daphne have been more chaste and boring?

You get two beautiful people in a bed together, and THAT'S what you film? They were wrapped in a white sheet like mummies.

It's just looking like another good week so far. I actually wondered why that is. For me, while it is slow, there is movement to the stories. Normally, it's scenes upon scenes upon scenes of repetitive dialogue. And it is still there slightly, but story is moving right along. And this wouldn't be B&B without some goofy moments. This week? Daphne's wedding party and the Go-Go boys. hehe. And not Donna getting digits! lol. Not to mention RJ and the receptionist.

Don't tell me that I was right and Ivy just did a self-fulfilling prophecy!!! Cuz Will done caught feelings for Dylan. Uh oh now. Oh, well. I find Dylan more interesting than Electra now so I don't mind at all. Perhaps Electra will turn out to the be the vixen in that triangle after all.

SHUT UP, RIDGE!!! Ugh. I was so annoyed at Steffy for telling him and then he wanted to get in Taylor and Deacon's face about their relationship. I hoped Deacon would give him a karate chop. I do think it's too soon for the I love yous/starcrossed ness that Taylor/Deacon are giving off, but I'm still enjoying the storyline.

I enjoy every minute that the Steffy/Daphne friendship gets a spotlight. In fact, it's nice to see female (and even male in the case of Carter/Ridge...well sometimes) friendships on soaps these days. I like it on BTG with Dani/Vanessa, Dani/Pamela, the Have-Nots etc. I liked it when I was regularly watching Y&R with Sally and Audra. The recent Felicia/Anna scenes I watched on GH. And I enjoy it here. We don't nearly get it as much anymore so I enjoy it when I see.

And now Deke encountered a back-on-the-streets Dylan...

And with the fashion showdown on the horizon, this show is really having a good February Sweeps. I'm surprised that I feel so invested in what's going on. Don't mess it up, Brad.

Yeah, that was a good week.

Yeah, the Carter/Daphne wedding was same ole, same ole. But well-timed with Singles Awareness Day Valentine's Day so I can't knocked it too much. They even managed to get a quick group together as witnesses. And the vows were sweet. Ridge's moment was not as cringe as I thought it would be. And there was even a wedding night showed.

But what I really loved was the progression in the Dylan storyline. From homeless to getting a job to Will seeing her and then it all came out. I felt everyone did good in their scenes. AB was playing Ivy as that uppity Ice Queen to the hilt. And shame on Electra for being so insecure. But like I said, they are going to self-fulfilling prophecy Will/Dylan and it will be all their fault.

Next week looks good, too. My only worry was that it seems Taylor/Deacon look reduced back to C plot next week ,but we will see.
