That's what I'm curious about... I've never really seen Eva trash talk JC... in her interviews and the new documentary, she seems to think fondly of him and he was a great father. I also can't really see Eva getting wildly confrontational though, she seems like just the sweetest person ever.

I don't think Eva would ever publicly trash the father of her child regardless of what she privately thought. I have never seen any indication that they weren't cordial at the very least.

I really have no reason to doubt NLG's account of JC's behavior. The timing was extremely tacky.

Considering both ladies have been in the industry for a long time I can believe they could work together without issue. They weren't constant screen partners nor were their characters friends. I have to imagine it was a bit awkward, but in reality the character of Natalia was awful so maybe ELR was more interested in trying to save that.

Loved the 12/30 episode and it felt like the old nostalgic "Love in the Afternoon"- 1) Molly & Cody good pairing with lots of potentials; 2) Kai & Trina, time to bring back Spencer (the grownup of Nicolas Bechtel) to implode this boring couple; 3) Lulu & Nate, hmmmm sensing some hot chemistry there; 4) Carly & Valentin, they have good chemistry but it'll be interesting to see where it goes next; 5) Britch & Jason, finally! Poor Jason needs some R&R if we're not pairing them then send him back with Elizabeth; 6) Jordan & Curtis, I like them and looking forward to the Jodan/Curtis/Portia/Isaiah however need to "beef" up Isaiah background perhaps his Gannon parents from OLTL (?) come to town to balance out this story; and FINALLY for 7) Gio & Emma. Supercouple in the MAKING! Fight me on this if you don't agree.

Agree the NYE episode was really good. Other shows could learn that the two people in a room talking setup can actually still be riveting (and can still use varied sets!). I can't stand Valentin and Carly individually but they're actually interesting together.

Poor Britt just wanted to hook up and blow off steam (and Jason still owes her from the time she got dolled up in her hotel room only for him to announce he was marrying Carly) and Jason was looking at her with his puppy dog eyes all "let me save your life" lol. She doesn't want an emotional attachment while he apparently has been celibate for a while and wants something deep (but not so deep that he can't get out if Sonny, Michael, or Carly need him). There must be a happy medium!

NLG has made mistakes. We all know it. But you know, if there's one daytime actor I'm willing to offer grace to, it's NLG.

It's not about her acting. Most of us know how good she is. She's proven time and time again to be on the right side of things and to be a good human. She cares about people, and one way she does that is by speaking out. Eventually that gets you in trouble, as it has occasionally with Nancy.

Still, I'm a fan.
