Based on that last scene where Liz overhears Willow talking to Drew, she might not be such an ardent Willow supporter for much longer. But I got the sense that standing up for Willow was only a secondary motivation for Liz. I felt like her primary motivation was to shut down Kristina for being so sanctimonious.

Probably.

I thought Willow hitting Lucas would send Liz off the train, but it didn't.  I do understand her sympathy in some ways though.

And I'm still waiting for the day FV decides to randomly tie her to OLTL in some convoluted way.

I just assume the character is related to Luna.

Again, I'd put her and Morgan Fairchild to work in the Deception outlet store inside the MC from time to time if they need to keep their insurance and call it a day.

I know I mentioned it as a possibility given JL being busy over on BTG, but watching these scenes...thoughts on Laura and Erza somewhere down the road?

Liz reading Kristina was soap gold. I got the impression that when Liz overheard Willow call Drew she realized how desperate Willow feels since Kristina was her best chance at getting a 'family' member's support.

It's interesting because I would've flipped the sequence - Kristina rips Willow, who then calls Drew. Liz overhears, then she approaches Kristina so that Willow won't have to rely on Drewcifer.

Who's more mature Emma or Molly? That's a rhetorical question. Molly is written like a daydreaming 15-year old. Why?

And darn it, I was hoping Cody/Ava would go a lot further than a kiss. Every single Cody/Ava scene is miles more compelling that even the best Cody/Molly scene.

Molly was supposed to be the mature and responsible Davis girl.  She was in a long term partnership and ready to raise a child last year.  She can't ask Cody out for coffee?   I've complained Molly lost some of quirkiness throughout the years (and recasts), but I didn't expect her to regress into an 8th grader about men.  Even HP's Molly slept with Brando.

Ava/Cody are much more compelling than Molly/Cody, which feels way too forced.

So much more compelling. And this is coming from someone who didn't even like the idea originally.

Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy forced.

I've just never bought into temp infomercial Molly and never will. Nice girl, but not ready for major story. Again, Molly is a character who needed a long break well before the many recasts.

Yeah, I hate to be disappointed and hoped for her...especially after the death of the baby...but she's currently doing nothing of interest.

If Molly/Cody had some fire chemistry or anything interesting going on I would be fine with it.  They both need something to do.

I will say I did enjoy the Michael/Molly scenes if only because they rarely interact like they are family or grew up as family.

I would keep Cody mixing it up with Ava and Ric (are they still a thing, what even happened there) and Tracy. Maybe a fling with Liz. I'm good.

They had Ava getting jealous of Ric and Liz and they’ve basically broken up. The show barely gave them a chance even though they worked perfectly onscreen and on paper.

I don't mind Cody/Ava or Ava/Ric.  I feel like Ava is just Ric's 2nd choice when he really wants Liz, but Ava/Cody could blossom into something fun.  Even if Cody/Ava aren't a love match it would be nice for them to just have some sexy, no strings attached good times.

Liz reading Kristina’s dumb ass was the highlight of Friday. It’s always amazing to me how this ho will hop on a high horse with the self awareness of a 5 year old. I’m glad the show has people like Liz to call her out.

Ugh I do not want Willow back with Drew or having him help her. She’s already completely forgotten this is all his fault.

Ric will always have it bad for Liz but there is no serious pairing there. Ric and Ava could have a lot of fun together for a long time as scheming equals, as could Cody and Ava as her stud for a certain period. You can easily play both, or a Cody/Liz fling or all of the above. (Though my endgame with Cody would remain Tracy)

I do think Willow/Drew and their !@#$%^&*]ed-up madness remains where the money is at.
