Members Contessa Donatella
Okay, but knowing that there is something to know, would you choose knowing or not knowing? There is no wrong answer.
Members janea4old
I grew up on 1969-1976 GH - so the gritty Monica who had affairs and strived for what she wanted -- as well as being a cardiac surgeon -- was the only Monica I knew. I was was away from soaps for a while and was surprised to learn that she'd become thought of as a matriarch. Members Planet Soap
I would rather know and get to see years of great material than live in ignorance of what soaps used to be.
Members Maxim
I agree. I am surviving on AW 1989 and... for the past few days - AMC 1988. You have to pay me to watch modern soaps with the same passion.

Members Planet Soap
I never thought of Monica as serial cheater because of how she was presented. Dr. Monica was always modestly dressed looking like a conservative, middle aged wife, mother, and grand mother. Learning about Monica's past was like learning about Kim's messy history with Bob that led to Sabrina on ATWT. You wouldn't expect THAT from THAT character. Members Contessa Donatella
Please register in order to view this content This YouTube tribute clip alleges that Leslie's last words were: Cherish every moment. Never take the people you love for granted. Is there any chance, at all, that anyone has seen confirmation of that anywhere?
Members DRW50
Those types of videos are clickbait trash.
Members Contessa Donatella
Okay, thanks. Obviously there are lots of things that I automatically cull as even more than worthless. This one I wondered about.
Members Paul Raven
When Cher and Andie McDowell randomly appear... And why should we care what a dying woman's last words are?
Members Contessa Donatella
Many people are interested. For god's sake whole books have been published & are bought & read & kept & treasured on this very subject. The one & only issue with this YT clip is if it's bonafide.
Members DRW50
If no interviews, including with close friends, have said this, and the first place you saw it was this video, I think we have the answer.
Members Contessa Donatella
Which is why I posted in the first place! To find out if there had been any thing said anywhere else. If you read what I posted then this is clear. Now, what you say is fair & I appreciate that you addressed the question.
Members Franko
I wish I had hung onto my copy of John Willis' Theatre World for 1973-74. What was great about those is that they also included information on shows that closed in out-of-town tryouts. One such show was Turtlenecks, a play starring Tony Curtis, William Devane, and Leslie. And hey, I found a rehearsal photo! Please register in order to view this content A little bit more about Turtlenecks. https://www.instagram.com/carolynmignini/p/CxwstpsrJth/ Here we go! Courtesy of eBay, a synopsis of One Night Stand, f.k.a. Turtlenecks. Leslie played either the girl "with something of a penchant for quirky sex" or the "buxon and odd customs inspector." (And they said there are no good roles for women! /sarcasm) After reading that synopsis again ... Tony Curtis was trying to pass for a thirty-something in 1973?
