On the one hand, I find it kinda sad that a gay man can be so close minded but on the other hand, I find it hilarious because this f*ckin guy used to love to call people out on Twitter for their ignorance, and surprise, he’s just as ignorant as they are.

AMEN! His views are so close-minded, and it shows how stuck in the past he is. It really does. And he is genuinely ignorant beyond belief; his ego will never deflate, and I don't think it'll even be knocked down a few pegs until he's out on his ass, AGAIN!

A late in life Gay story is cool if the writer can handle it. Also just because KS is gay doesnt mean Craig had to be.

Maybe he’ll be inspired by Michele Val Jean… 😂

Exactly.

I felt the same way about Peter Porte/Dimitri

We do not always armchair psychoanalyze all writers but with Ron, we do. It's not like he has internalized homophobia, it's more like he only likes certain gays. I mean who doesn't like Will & Sonny? Ron. And, take Challie, for an example. He didn't like gay girls at all. Which brings up another Ron Thing, misogyny. So, the only gays he likes are the Leo Stark ones. He doesn't like any women, that I can tell. And, straight men fare no better. Ron does not like enough people!!!

Marlena Evans, Kevin Collins, Taylor Hayes and hell, even Jennifer Melfi could come together and psychoanalyze this man and they probably still wouldn't be able to determine why he writes the way that he does.

Ron Carlivati writes the way he does, because he isn't trying to please the audience, only himself.

I'd love to hear Kevin's dictation: Patient Carlivati presents with a stack of social media posts printed out where multiple "fans" are complaining about the patient's writing of his show, apparently a soap opera called The Days of the Week. ....

I believe Nancy is coming back because Chloe’s sister, Joy, is hitting the canvas. Likely part of the Tate/Holly story.
