Nope. Didn't even flinch.

Apparently JFP has been pretty ticked at leaks and is plugging them hard. The last two sweeps were spoiled to death so everyone knew what was happening and they weren't very good. Hopefully something interesting will happen this time that is worth the secrecy.

Until someone tells me I'm wrong, I'm sticking with this one. The storyline potential is endless - including the ick of Edward flirting with his own granddaughter. Now TELL me tiic wouldn't do that?

Yeah... but it would have been nice. At least he listened to Tracy's argument and voiced it in his tyraid at Lulu. AND Tracy saw him do it.

Now see, it didn't bother me at all. I thought it was totally in character for Claudia. Now, if they want to keep up with the grandma comments they should bring her grandchild[ren] on to the canvas!

God, I can't WAIT for this to happen!!!

I'm traveling tomorrow. Probably won't be able to watch until Saturday. Remos, when you do the recaps here would you mind including the Diane scenes, please?! I'd be grateful. Thanks!!

Oh -- Diane's hair was AWFUL today (The dye job! The stick figure styling at the neck! Gasp!!).. but that sweet and sticky line was freakin' HILARIOUS!

Somebody clarify the Tracy scenes for me today. I have always believed Tracy really cares about Lulu. So the question is: why was she really trying to buy out Claudia?

She says it is for Lulu, but she's sorta lying about that, right?

Isn't it really because she's worried Luke will nail Claudia?

Or maybe it's a little bit of both? I dunno.

The whole scene seemed "odd" to me.. she was clearly coming off as concerned about Lulu, but all of us know that wasn't her number one priority. Or was it? I dunno.

Hmmmmm.

I'm hoping she's on tomorrow, with fallout between Luke and Tracy after Lulu leaves the room. Think it could happen? Or do you scoopsters know for certain that it won't?

Lainey, I think it's the writers who should have the scenes clarified for them. There was a midstream switch from Tracy's motivation being all about Luke to being all about Lulu.

Since Claudia seems to be Guza's co-obsession now, along with Golden Boy, I think he lost his train of thought halfway through the Tracy scenes. How difficult can it be, though, to retain your powers of concentration for 3 1/2 minutes?

I doubt that Tracy's on. There's a spoiler for tomorrow with Luke and Claudia, supposedly talking about Lulu and Johnny.

I'll do my best. I like Diane too.

I think it's a combinations of Tracy being scared for Luke, jealous of Claudia and worried about Lulu. I think her motivation is so mixed that everything is legitimate.

TIIC left the scene hanging. I don't think there is anything with Tracy tomorrow, but I will watch and hope to be pleasantly surprised. In the meantime, I fixed our problem.... see my post above!

I dont think Tracy will be on tomorrow. Probably just lukey and claudia and shrew lu who I can't stand anymore . Two good days of smackdown for her--from Kate and from Luke today!

The HS opening starts on Wed. the 16th. I was told Jane taped two of the days that they were filming that. I think it only lasts a few episodes. IT is not the focus of sweeps.

The rating were horrible again at a 2.1 last week.

I started a new thread on SOC for you Remos! About Claudia shoudl be Tracy's daughter! Go forth and post!

Lainey--I will remail you the recaps if you need them. It is 1am and I am still up. I need to go to bed this second!!

Question for the B&B group: I see @rsclassicfanforever has uploaded multiple seasons from Videoland  (in the folders that are to be put away). They are huge folders and difficult to download so I started breaking them down into months but I realized they are by season so for example, Season 4 spans from March 1990 to March 1991. Now I'm wondering where to actually place them, since we have the Full Episodes section divided by year, not seasons. And most of these seasons we already have in full, so these are duplicates. Not sure if it's necessary to keep the older versions. I could just make another new section for Seasons, so the main folders would be "Behind the Scenes and Interviews," "Clips," "Full Episodes," "Full Seasons," "Music CDs," and "photo archive Marquise" but I'm not sure that really makes sense. Also wondering since we have almost every full episode now if "Clips" can be deleted in its entirety, as it's nearly 300GB.
    • CBS moving Murder, She Wrote from Sunday to Thursday was straight up sabotage. Les Moonves knew exactly what he was doing.
    • I sure hope you’re right. The lack of sets is maddening!
    • I'm hoping that the new studio might have more space, meaning extra sets could be permanently erected. Perhaps the current  set issues are due to limited space available at Television City as it shuts down for the redevelopment. But if more space means spending more $$$ we might be stuck with the current situation no matter where they move.
    • Thanks @P.J. If my math is correct, Jordan Clarke runs were 1983-1987, 1989-1993, 1997-end.
    • I was/am mainlining both the Dream Season and Season 7 of KL together, since that was the year of their big creative swap. That's the most I can take of Dallas consecutively. But I've been very preoccupied with other shows and work IRL and I need to get back to it after a long break from my Knots binge.
    • Wk 1 95/96 MSW moves to Thurs, Cybill takes the Sunday slot. Thurs 8-9pm NBC Friends #3 20.5/33 The Single Guy #6 19.2/30 CBS Murder She Wrote #55 9.3/15 ABC Charlie Grace #74 7.6/12 FOX Living Single # 78 7.2/12 The Crew #80 7.0/11 Sunday 8-9pm NBC Mad about You # 15 14.6/23 Hope & Gloria #35 11.7/18 ABC Lois & Clark # 38 11.4/18 CBS Cybill #49 9.8/15 Almost Perfect #65 8.1/12 FOX Space Above & Beyond (2nd hr of 2hr episode) #51 9.5/15 60 Minutes was #19 so a lot of viewers didn't stay for Cybill. On Sunday, Sept. 24, CBS finished third on the night, and its performance among 18 -49 year olds was worse than it was with the older skewing Murder, She Wrote in the time period last year.  So moving MSW was a foolish move at that point. It was compatible with 60 Minutes and would probably have finished Top 20-25 for the week. They should have left Sunday alone and concentrated on other nights..
    • I’ve been watching Knots and FC rather compulsively for a while now. Currently in fall 1983 with both. I had Dallas in there, too, but I am rather shocked at how stale that show gets after Jock’s death. Meanwhile, I can spend hours in the vineyards and in the cul-de-sac.
    • What will actually change though? Does this mean the sets will be different too? Or how exactly is this gonna look like to the viewers?
    • I'm not sure Passions is the model to emulate here.
