Ethan brought over some wilted-ass flowers sayign they were from Luke.

And Tracy went on about not letting him back into the house.

And Monica and Edward were talking about Luke's so -called philandering.

Same schtick, different week.

There was more to it. They weren't talking about Luke philandering until the very end. Ethan was there bringing flowers to Tracy as a peace offering, and Monica said ETHAN was lying - just trying to get into the mansion to steal more. Monica was using Luke never sending Tracy flowers as proof that Ethan was lying about the flowers and how ETHAN shouldn't be let back in the house. Ethan was telling Tracy that BOTH of them know Luke and Skye are only talking, but Tracy has a hard time believing that. Edward says he's going to call the cops on Ethan and Maya stops him (of course knowing Michael is in the boathouse).

The follow-up scene is Maya saying they let Ethan into the house, so suck it up. Edward turn on Tracy and says Ethan wouldn't be there without Luke and that is who she's really mad at. Then Monica makes a comment on Luke's philandering which Tracy doesn't accept, she just quickly turns it back on Monica with all the times Alan cheated on her.

So yeah it's the same - as in the Q's at everyones throat and using their weaknesses as weapons against the other. But no, this wasn't a conversation about Luke, his cheating and Tracy divorcing him or not letting Luke back in the house. The take away from all of that is that Tracy is hurt but Ethan knows Luke isn't up to anything behind her back, and if Tracy would calm down she would know it too.

The flowers weren't wilted - they were loose, young Peonies that are NOT up in this Lake Ontario climate yet, I can assure you..LOL... Seriously, someone has to take TPTB on a tour of upstate NY during all seasons 'cause they rarely get it right.

She had Skye figured out in what, 1 minute?

I love Tracy - just wish she would use her head a little more before her heart when judging Luke. How many ways does that man have to prove he's NOT Larry, Mitch, Scotty and Paul rolled into one?

I'm listening to this podcast...the SID guy says how he really doesn't like this liz/nik/lucky story, but he does like Helena, and he is really happy about this, but now it will involved Luke and Tracy. Tracy starts to get really suspicious of Helena and realizes that this woman is crazy and that the paternity test might have been rigged. She has a lot of capabilities of doing bad things. That puts Tracy directly in Helena's line of fire. And that is great for Luke, because he has an intersting relationship with Helena...they are at war, but they are also playful with each other. Guza once said how if luke/helena had a knife at each other's throat, they woudl probably go ahead and kill each other, but there would be this hesitation, like I don't want this game to finally end. Well now you are going to throw Tracy right in the middle of this game, and that is going to be great for Luke and now with Skye back in town, that is going to put Luke in a very interesting position.

Of the three, Tracy is the one he cares about the most and will choose to protect/save/be with/whatever. Skye is just a throw-away distraction IMO, just like Kiefer was the necessary part in Kristina's abuse story. It had to be someone, and this way it's not emotionally involved to have Skye thrown over (like it would be for Laura or Holly).

Tracy in the middle of Luke & Helena's little dance is quiet interesting. She won't be there silently or willingly, that's for sure.

Yah I think helena will be tormenting her and probably filling her head with visions of luke and skye together while she is in captivity. That was probably the point of helena walking in on luke/skye the other day and making her comment about keeping his dalliances in the family.

    • @Soapsuds Thanks for posting Night by night Mon 8pm The Rookies edged Gunsmoke but attracted younger(more desirable) viewers.NBC failed with Born Free/Smothers Brothers (how many different series did those 2 get??) 9-11pm  Maude/Rhoda/Medical Center dominated on CBS,but Football and Movies were competitive on an occasional basis. ABC tried  SWAT/Caribe later in the season and the former worked for them. Tues 8-11 pm CBS all the way Good Times, MASH, Hawaii Five O,Barnaby Jones. NBC had the fading Adam 12,Movie and Police Story mmm...don't see that listed? ABC Happy Days, which ABC decided to keep despite lackluster ratings, the Movie of the Week and Marcus Welby-once pulling big numbers but no longer. 8pm NBC had a new hit with Little House, easily beating Sons and Daughters, which was axed and replaced with Tony Orlando, which did much better. ABC had That's My Mama and the Wed movie. 9pm Cannon was the lead here as Lucas Tanner failed to capitalize on the LHOTP leadin. ABC continued the movie. 10pm Manhunter started strong for CBS but petered out and was cancelled. Petrocelli manged to beat Get Christie Love, which was replaced by Baretta-no ratings winner but ABC decided to renew. Thurs Another CBS night with The Waltons and a movie. ABC counterprogrammed with Odd Couple/Paper Moon then Barney Miller/Karen NBC did even worse with Sierra and replaced it with Mac Davis which improved ratings quite a bit. However, it was moved to 9pm for Sunshine/Bob Crane 9pm Some good numbers for ABC with Streets of San Francisco fending off Ironside,Archer and Mac Davis. 10pm Harry O had a slim victory over Movin On Fri 8-11 NBCs best night Sanford/Chico/Rockford/Police Woman. 8pm CBS had high hopes for Planet of the Apes but it bombed. Replacement Khan did even worse. Paul Sand and We'll Get By were tossed in at the end of the season. With poor lead ins the Friday movie didn't deliver. ABC's odd line up saw Kodiak flop, Six Million dollar Man struggle and Texas Wheelers  quickly cancelled. Kung Fu was brought in @8 and Six Million moved to 9. Then Kolchak took over at 8 and Hot*l Baltimore/Odd Couple 9-10. Despite controversy Hot*l flopped. 10pm ABC tried Kolchak then Baretta and finally Get Christie Love Sat CBS lead  with #1 AITF then Paul Sand/MTM/Bob Newhart/Carol Burnett. Paul Sand lost too much of the lead in so CBS spun off The Jeffersons and it was a smash. NBC did OK with Emergency (which beat Paul Sand on occasion, thus hastening that show's demise) and a movie. ABC was a disaster with New Land/Kung Fu and Nakia all failing. They introduced a movie @9 and moved Kung Fu to 8. Sun  NBC  with Disney and Mystery Movie (Columbo McCloud, MacMillan and Wife/Amy Prentiss)did well. ABC flopped with Sonny Bono and recovered by moving Six Million Dollar Man from Fri as a lead in to the movie. CBS hoped Apples Way would be another Waltons but no, so Cher did what Sonny couldn't. Kojak and Mannix successfully finished out the night. Two other shows on the ratings list were Adams of Eagle Lake starring Andy Griffith. Only 2 episodes aired and did well, so I'm not sure what happened there. As for The Law it was a series follow up to a 2 and a half hour NBC special movie .

    • Trust is very easily lost and very hard to re-build.
    • Oh, I know it was. I was just talking about how it's not giving me parallels to Caroline dying. It's really as far from it as possible.  But about the foreshadowing - Hahahhahah. Yes. And you missed one - Liam googling - "what is cancer"...
    • GH 2-17-21 Denise Alexander's last appearance https://www.instagram.com/p/DJdjXgwJ1Ez/
    • @Maxim This Liam dying out of the blue was crafted in a hurry for three reasons: 1. To facilitate JMW's leave 2. To prop Steffy - 'Oh, Steffy has so much grace and moral superiority that she ignored everything that swine HoLo did to tell her for the sake of their daughters. Queen Stephanie would be so proud of her!' 3. Distracting Steffy enough to give Lunacy an easy way to slither into Finn's life. Once Luna discovers that Lame is dying, she'll play that card: 'Dad, life is too short and precious!' If this was an intentional story, we would've had the typical B&B foreshadowing - Liam faceplanting into a bowl of pasta, Lame missing meetings, being forgetful. Instead, Lame does an impulsive quick quit and $B doesn't even care enough to make a single attempt to get him back? Please.
    • https://www.tvinsider.com/1180503/denise-alexander-dead-general-hospital-lesley-webber/ Alexander made her soap opera debut as Lois Adams on The Clear Horizon in 1960, but her big break came in 1966 when she was cast as Susan Hunter Martin on Days of Our Lives while still attending college at UCLA. As Susan, Alexander played a host of dramatic tales, including murdering her husband David Martin (played by Clive Clerk) in May 1967 after the death of their son. “She started out as the bad girl and was thrown out of boarding school for smoking and drinking,” recalled Alexander to We Love Soaps TV. “The character caught on and sparked something with the audience, and that is how Susan became an important part of the show. I was there for almost seven years…. I had such a wonderful time on Days. It was like going to camp every day for me. I loved the people, loved the show, and loved what I got to do. They loved the character and liked me as an actor and gave me lots of neat stuff to do. I didn’t even ask for a vacation for five years because if I worked 365 days a year, I thought I was great. It was a very good time in my life.” In 1973, Alexander was in contract negotiations with Days when ABC offered significant perks to the actress to join General Hospital to play Dr. Lesley Williams. Though Alexander loved her time in Salem, she decided to leave. “It was [Days’ Executive Producer] Betty Corday who sent me to General Hospital,” Alexander told welovesoaps.net. “She said, ‘You must do this.’ So when I went to General Hospital..."
