Inspired by spoiler of legs opening soon on Bold...

Watching this boring show in 2024, I feel nostalgic and keep going back to 2001 when Brooke slept with Deacon. And 2010 - when she had accidental sex with Hope's boyfriend. As disgusting and cheap these stories were, they do make me laugh out loud. We all know she likes to make mistakes and she hasn't done one in a long time. Isn't it time?

This is just a playful, not-take it serious poll, to get your spirits up and legs opened.

SO. Who should Brooke sleep with in 2024?

Bradley Bell Style @Soapsuds

Brooke is the only woman on a plane with all these men. Why - They are flying to some exotic location for Hope and Thomas's wedding. The women and men are split in two different planes for a party type atmosphere.  Brooke had to crash the men's plane, because she was late for the women's one.  The plane falls on a desert island. After 2 weeks of no help, they realize they will die soon. In a Stephen King type of scene, all of the men want to have sex one last time. To experience it one last time. Liam gives the idea. Brooke gives in, since she is empathetic and good human being. After all of them are done, Ridge comes up and picks the whole gang with a helicopter.

Bradley Bell dialogue after 2 months.

Brooke - Ridge, I made a mistake.

Ridge - Logan, not again! Who was it this time.

Brooke - Ridge, I don't know how to say it.

Ridge - Who was it Brooke! Tell me! Was it  Hollis.

Brooke - No... yes... no.

Ridge - What do you mean?

Brooke - Yes, it was Hollis. But... Not only Hollis.

Ridge - What? Brooke, is this a joke?

Brooke - It was with all of them Ridge. All of them.

Ridge - Logan... this... I don't know how I am going to forgive you. Just tell me... did... Thomas? He didn't, didn't he.

Brooke - He did, Ridge. /left eye drops a tear/

Ridge - How could you Brooke...

Brooke - They wanted... one last time... we were dying on that island, Ridge. We were starving to death.

Ridge - So you had sex with 7 men!?

Brooke - I know how it sounds... but...

lol as hilarious as that sounds (even Bradley Bell wouldn’t be able to write fan fiction that good) I’ve had enough of Brookes “mistakes” to last me a life time.…how about letting Steffy be held accountable for all the “mistakes”  she’s made instead.

    • At this point Y&R's next step is to go fully green screen and have the actors Zoom from home.
    • I was just taking about this in the Y&R thread - they desperately need better studio space.
    • Errol posted that Ed Scott retired
    • Thanks!  @Soapsuds

    • Hopefully they can expand some of the sets again. I watched some 04/05 episodes and forgot how much more grand the production used to feel. I wonder if YR will be staying put or going there or somewhere else as well.
    • DAYS posted the recipe! https://www.instagram.com/p/DKiMVZvuZje/ dayspeacock June 5, 2025 Tomorrow is National Donut Day! Here’s Alice Horton’s famous recipe! #NationalDonutDay #Donuts #Recipe #DOOL #Days #Daysofourlives #TBT Ingredients: 2 eggs 1 cup of sugar 1 cup of milk 5 tablespoons melted shortening 1-teaspoon vanilla extract 4 cups all-purpose flour, sifted before measuring 4 teaspoons baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 1 stick butter, melted Cinnamon Sugar In a large bowl, beat the eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Stir in milk, shortening and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the wet ingredients, mixing well. Cover and chill the dough for 30 minutes to one hour for easier handling. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Roll out or pat the dough on a lightly floured board to a half inch thickness. Cut with a doughnut cutter. Place the doughnuts and holes on the baking sheet, one inch apart. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brush each doughnut and doughnut holes with melted butter and roll in Cinnamon Sugar to coat all sides. Makes about 36 doughnuts. Cinnamon Sugar: 1 cup of sugar 1 teaspoon of cinnamon In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, blending well.
    • "Jordan and Robert have the best brother chemistry. " They certainly did!  And that chemistry worked no matter who served as the protagonist in a given scene or story.  A shame that a full-blown story was never developed for those two.  Wouldn't have needed to be adversarial, either.  Maybe a serious, unexpected, long-term outside threat, business or personal, to one of the brothers with the other coming to his aid.

I was able to find most of them. I am not sure if you did 1974-1977 but I did not find it in the 70s thread. This is an amazing resource for EVERY soap.  1973 https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/41800-ratings-from-the-70s/page/78/#comments 1973 more research https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/41800-ratings-from-the-70s/page/80/#comments 1973 Update https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/41800-ratings-from-the-70s/page/82/#comments 1978 https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/50145-ratings-from-the-80s/page/135/#comments 1979-1988 https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/50145-ratings-from-the-80s/page/115/#comments 1989  https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/50145-ratings-from-the-80s/page/122/#comment-1876530 1990-1999  https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/58300-ratings-from-the-90s/page/11/#comments 2000-2004  https://boards.soapoperanetwork.com/topic/58300-ratings-from-the-90s/page/58/#comments
    • Mrs. H used the donuts to distract from the expensive jewels that she hid in the walls of her kitchen.  Now, it all makes sense...

I thought a smart cookie like Caroline Brady would've had the chance to hide a bauble of her own from her dalliance with Victor.
