I think this will be the first part of the "redemption of Nikolas."  My guess is that he will quickly return with Ace and say that he was just taking him out for some fresh air.  Nikolas will realize--having had a few seconds to think about it--that Spencer will get arrested if Ace disappears.  Then he will finally do right by his son and protect him the way a father should.

After all that, Nikolas will either turn himself in to the police or persuade Esme to allow him to quietly leave town.

Thanks for those links! He also tweeted about it. He is endearing himself to many folks!!! And yesterday I was just over the moon when that Baby Ace actor immediately reached out for him & then lay his little head down on his chest! Oh my. Plus, what I hear from the studio about him is just very good stuff!

AH's gives me 0 TC vibes, but I always appreciate someone researching the part and caring that much.  I don't hate him or anything.  Just find him okay.  But him doing the extra work to try to play the character better makes me like him more.

I think he's worked very hard and done a very good job. I'm just not sure there is a future for Nikolas as a dynamic player with him in the role, and I am still inclined to retire the character with Tyler gone.

I agree, but at least there is an actor that is willing to go the extra mile even if I don't love his take.  I do appreciate the effort.

Love seeing this love and am so happy seeing Adam Huss get more airtime. LOVE his Nikolas.
