When Giphy was sold, Invision's code/contract with them ended, therefore ending the use of Giphy. Additionally, the GIF button shows the "powered by GIPHY" gifs without issue as far as I can tell. Are you logged in on your phone but not your laptop, or are you logged into both? If not logged in, images across the site do not display for logged out users, unregistered users and/or guests.
