Just curious: has anyone here come across any visual fan art inspired by the soaps that you particularly liked? I’m thinking of paintings or drawings of actors/characters, sculptures, comics, etc. Or perhaps you’ve done some work yourself… would love to see it.

Recently I've been downloading public domain digital images and framing them as inexpensive artwork for my home office.  I came across this Sandy Dvore Y&R drawing and it would be a perfect candidate.  Upload it to an Office Depot or Drug Store in your neighborhood with a large scale printer, print it out at 11x18, add a frame with a border from Amazon, and you've got some art for under 5 bucks

@Faulkner I am a big fan of pencil drawn ad art and if you look at the thread on Illustrated Soap Ads there are some amazing examples

Two or three years ago, I came across some art on Etsy or an Etsy like website of digitally drawn recreations of some 70s soap logos in full, vibrant color. Really pretty but also really expensive.

@j swift, I love that idea!!
