She's beautiful, but she has the same more relatable beauty and type as, say, the young Tricia Cast or Kimberly McCullough as an adult, so she can't get the airtime or prominence. Whereas in the past that would be a huge boon for the audience as it was for those actors.

I do think Hunter King is quite talented but was overexposed and pushed to her limit. I can't say the same for Ordway.

^ promo week Jan 31st.  ffs.

SOD says Sharon becomes aware that Noah gives off vibes whenever Tessa is around. At the engagement party, when Mariah and Tessa share an intimate dance, Noah reacts - and Nick rescues the situation in some way.

That promo doesn't make sense. Why can no one ever write a decent story for Noah? It's not that hard. It can't be every actor who is impossible to write a decent story.

What does Noah do? What are his interests? Find an interior life that doesn't involve a romantic partner and work your way outward from there. C'mon Josh, do better!

Exactly. Who is Noah?

JG seems to like to write about man-pain.  Adam's.  Billy's. And now Noah's?  Sigh.

But at least we have some idea who Adam and Billy are, due to their history on the show as adults.  We know relatively little about adult Noah.

Over the past two decades, SORASing has been employed really recklessly and has done more harm than good to the legacy of these soaps. Noah has not had a halfway decent storyline since the character reached adulthood. And somehow fans have pinned it on actor after actor. When does this become about poor writing and nonexistent direction for this character?

It's absolutely about the writing. They SORASed him the first time with a plan they couldn't execute and since they've just kept him around on the periphery. He serves no purpose beyond being Nick and Sharon's kid.

It looks like they're about do the same thing B&B did to Thomas when they had no clue how to write him, turn him into an obsessive creep. Why do this to the only child of relatively good people (for a soap) who we saw raise him? What does this achieve?

In the short-term, maybe a few social media posts and momentarily, some talk. Probably an attempt at a promo or two that people will puzzle over. Over the long-term, it will only serve to further erode the possibilities for the viability of this character and further diminish the show's prospects and its legacy as entertainment. You know, the usual.
