I checked the BB and YR July 2014 daily threads, but oddly enough, there was no mention of any preemption (or much chat at all) on July 17, 2014. However, these three threads provide more info:

Good thinking to look back at those threads! This supports that it was a preemption from TV, but the episodes must have been uploaded online and counted in the monthly count. It really is better that NBC started doing it that way and putting it online. Like recently, when the new Pope was selected, CBS news broke in during Y&R, continued through the full B&B, and finished during BTG. CBS only fully preempted B&B, and uploaded the new episodes of Y&R and BTG online. They easily could have just added B&B as well.

Based on you pointing out the 11/7/18 episodes being posted online, are you confirming that BB was fully preempted by special reports on 7/15/15, 5/12/17, 7/20/17, 9/27/18 and 12/5/18 and YR was fully preempted by special reports on 9/27/18 and 12/5/18?

Just discovering, or rediscovering this thread.  Where is the list?  I have a couple of spreadsheets on my computer detailing every episode number and preemption, going back to 2018 or 2019, including weird episode number anomalies, such as "A" episodes that were inserts or splits, and one case where Y&R reversed the airing of two consecutive episodes for a Peter Bergman anniversary.

@BoldRestless asked me to look into it a while back; but then various things delayed me.

Just discovering, or rediscovering this thread.  Where is the list?  I have a couple of spreadsheets on my computer detailing every episode number and preemption, going back to 2018 or 2019, including weird episode number anomalies, such as "A" episodes that were inserts or splits, and one case where Y&R reversed the airing of two consecutive episodes for a Peter Bergman anniversary.

@BoldRestless asked me to look into it a while back; but then various things delayed me.

No problem, I already sent @JAS0N47 the list of 2024 and 2025 preemptions for BTG, B&B, Y&R, and GH (I'll have to add this week's encores of BTG, sigh).
