Nasty rumors about Asia Argento and a statement on her behalf from Rose McGowan.

Rose McGowan is scum IMO. None of this is relevant and that twat is trying to make it about herself and exploiting this man's death

I think it's relevant in that Argento has been heavily attacked by many over tabloid stuff claiming she was with another man before Anthony killed himself. I don't think she needs to get involved. I don't think we need to know any of this - it's too personal and too dark, although I guess it was an issue whether Rose McGowan said anything or not. Unfortunately today there are no boundaries, ever.

Asia is getting battered on Twitter, as is Rose, but people are looking for someone to blame for this. It couldn’t have been Anthony’s own internal issues.

Since Rose and Asia are friends it seems unlikely Rose would have issued this statement unless asked.  I guess you never know. I agree with you that I wish those pictures had not come out.

I'll definitely be avoiding that corner of social media then, because I don't need to see a person in mourning being bashed, nor do I need to read about the internal workings of a relationship.

She’s got serious psychological problems and a need for attention that provides fresh content for the dying media desperate for clicks and banner impressions.

CNN will air a five-episode final season of Parts Unknown this fall. Only one episode will have Bourdain’s narration.
