Looked through a few pages for the old Logo thread. I guess I missed it. So a new one.

 

Just saw an ad for 'It's a Living' coming to Logo next weekend!!!

 

Holy crap. I've seen pretty much nothing so I'm very curious to watch.

 

I know we have a generic Classic TV thread too but I'm so bummed Empty Nest is off of LAFF. They're adding Home Improvement and they've added A Different World this month. I'm still waiting for 3rd Rock From The Sun ....

Oh wow! I haven't seen It's a Living since i was a kid. I love Empty Nest. But Laff hasn't changed their schedule since they started. I never liked HI or 3RFTS. I did like DW.

 

I can't believe they are finally rerunning It's A Living. I haven't seen that show since the 80's. 

SUPER STOKED for It's a Living! It's one of the last classic sitcoms that I've never ever seen that I really want to dig into!

I've never seen "It's A Living"

It's not "Designing Women" or "The Golden Girls," but it provides its own joys.  Particularly where Nancy Beebe (played by the WONDERFUL Marian Mercer) and Howard are concerned.

It's a living is exciting because it hasn't been rerun to death like the Golden Girls.

 

I was a small child that remembered the syndicated years.. but the network era of the show was decent (season 1 was better then season 2).

Ohhh. I forgot about that one. I don't get that one. I thought we had a Classic TV thread. I'd like some sort of thread to discuss these important sitcom reruns

You know, I wonder whether LOGO will include the network episodes.  The one commercial I've seen for the show shows clips only from the first-run syndicated episodes.

Maybe they only have the rights to the syndicated episodes? Would the network ones be owned by a different company than the syndicated ones?
