Bobby back from the dead was the final nail in the coffin for me. Patrick Duffy was responsible for them killing his character off in the first place because he insisted on it. After he came back, he, Larry Hagman, and Leonard Katzman became insufferable, and it became a boy's club behind the scenes and onscreen. The show never recovered. I don't blame Victoria for leaving. She and her character became a joke.

I'm now catching up on the 1984-85 season and am up to "Odd Man Out." They never explicitly said Sue Ellen doting on Jamie was a chance to have the sisterhood that she never had with Kristin, did they? It would all be a lot more touching if Jenilee Harrison was a better actress.

Granted, the acting on "Three's Company" from everyone besides John Ritter and Don Knotts was never outstanding, but it really takes a special kind of awful to stand out in the wrong way on THAT show.
