It should not be all that hard to write for these two.

 

It is, however, when you have two mediocre actors and a network that wishes to micro-manage everything to death.

Everyone in that early to mid 30s(no I don't buy them as late 20s)  group can go.  They're all tired characters played by mediocre actors.
