Even if you measure "best super couple" vs. "best couple", even I don't think that's an excuse for not having ONE P&G couple. You tellin' me, couples like Reva/Josh, Rachael/Mac or Holden/Lily weren't as significant as freakin' EJami?

I never saw the appeal with Ejami. Super couple they weren't….

I don't get the popularity of AS in general, but to each his own.

 

I just can't believe Ausiello couldn't come up with one P&G couple to include. Trotting out Victor&Nikki and Ridge&Brooke feels like obligatory nods to CBS. (I don't necessarily disagree with them, but both couples were thoroughly FUBARed to the point of being unrecognizable.) He could drag out two couples from a show that died twenty years ago and that lasted less than ten years ....but he can't give a nod to a P&G show. Whatevs. The least he could have done is labeled the list HIS favs instead of GOAT couples.

I think there were some glaring omissions from this list; Josh/Reva(GL), Jack/Carly(ATWT), and Doug/Julie(DOOL) all come to mind. I do believe that Luke and Laura should be number one. I am thrilled that Mason and Julia made the list, but shaking my head at Ej and Sami even being on this list. Let alone number three.

The Erica Kane character was just too larger than life to be ¹/2 of a ''supercouple"; she's a ''super-character'' (solo).

 

I liked her best paired with Dimitri, though.
