Lanie, Ciara, Joey, Theo, John, Eduardo, Claire, JJ, Summer, And whoever they bring on next!  The casting director needs to be fired. She's washed up.

Amen! This is what I've been saying - clearly something is very wrong with the casting director. Look at sister soap Y&R and the recasting and new casting hits they've had during the past two years. There are so many talented actors out there - and, even when they have hired soap vets - so misused. It's truly shocking.

Sony Pictures has a smaller stake in DAYS than it does Y&R and neither soap is even set in the same soapverse. Y&R's sister soap is B&B.

I mean from production - I was talking casting - not soap universe. That's definitely Y&R/B&B. Obviously Sony had enough interest in DAYS to yank ED from Y&R to revive Kristen. Regardless, DAYS desperately needs help on the casting front. It's never been strong, but there were plenty solid actors to overcome a few weak ones, but this is beyond ridiculous. I hope the new production changes bring better casting choices.

There's no such thing as sister soaps in casting. Especially since soaps tend to recylce alot of the same talent.

Dena Higley, Jean Passanante, Shelly Altman for pretending to be writers. 

Mostly anyone who is employed as an "actor" on GH.
