Later (toward the end of the show's run), Mr. Robbins substituted for David O'Brien as Dr. Steve Aldrich on The Doctors.

Actually it was Willi Burke who played Fran Gordon on OLTL. I don't think she was a substitute performer but had replaced Barbara Britton in the role.

I've seen Randy Robbins in three different sources, so perhaps Rex was using Randy at the time, or they just played different characters.

Willi Burke took ober when Barbara Britton passed away(I believe).  Pretty sure I saw all of those in the TR thread and have them, but thank you for letting us know, Danfling.
