Whenthe Sheriff attempts to keep Toat from returning to the prison on time, Chance and Luther trick the deputies into following them while Hoyt, (not a fan of Toat) finds a respect he hadn't had for Toat and the kind of man he was.

Lenny Hollister     Steve Sandor    1983 - 84    Jeb's son with a nose candy problem, hired Sanchez and Onofrio to help get drugs over the border through the Yellow Rose. Caught, eventually and sent to prison. Attempted to kill Roy and Chance at the Prison Rodeo, but was thwarted yet again

Rose Hollister     Jane Russell   mother of Chance with Wade Champion, sister to Jeb; Juliette and Lenny's aunt. Knew Coyell and Dillard from the good old days. After Jeb murdered his father, Rose ran and settled in New Orleans, running a house of ill repute. Upon learning she had Cancer, she returned to The Rose to meet her son, Chance, but was killed shortly after they connected. Chance was after Jeb with a rifle when Sheriff Wallace arrived. Jeb wanted him to get Chance and take him away, but shockingly, Lew was there to arrest Jb. Rose had sent rock-solid evidence to her father's murder. Jeb no longer called any shots...

Amazing work @slick jones I remember watching and enjoying Yellow Rose but losing interest once they went to self contained episodes,

Interestingly that's the opposite of what Dallas, KL and FC did.

So maybe YR should have been more episodic at first and then go to a fully fledged serial.

But really the timeslot was the problem -Sat @10 was not the spot for a serial. And Rounders turned out to be a poor lead in.

Maybe 9-11 Tues following A Team would have helped.

I was really starting to enjoy it, but after Anspach, Shelton and Keane left, it got a bit blah to watch. Jane Russell was great as Rose, Buddy Ebsen as Toat was interesting as well.  If a second season were in the cards, I would have signed  Karen Carlson on to a contract and cast a couple more women as regulars. The cowboy aspect could continue. Sam Elliott, as always, was fantastic,  The camaraderie between Roy and Quisto was really good as well. Cybill... she was sex on a stick and unapologetic.   Poor Robin Wright barely lasted five minutes, though, before being raped and murdered.

When Ned exits, he gets into a tiff with Drew and collapses. 11/11/2025 --  Gio and Emma are headed to campus, but come across Ned having a heart attack. Gio gives Ned CPR while Emma grabs the Britch from Bobbie's. Gio and Emma  follow his grandfather to the hospital. 11/12/2025 -- As Gio worries about Ned and thinks it will be too late, Emma tells her it isn't too late. He saved Ned, she reminds him, and the doctors will save Ned.  11/13/2025 --   Gio and Emma speak with Dante, who is proud of Gio for the CPR.   Gio and Emma hear the news about the break-in and go to Sonny, telling him they wanted the kids to cause a diversion, but they went through with the break-in.   11/14/2025 --   Gio and Emma are dealing with the guilt from the kid's reak-in.  Emma blamers herself because there were no animals, while Gio wants to come forward.  11/17/2025 --   goes to see Dante and admits his part in the kids break-in. Dante rips into him, worried about Rocco. Emma explains it was her fault, and Dante continues to spew venom at both, not necessarily meaning for it to come out that way.   11/19/2025 --   good news regarding Ned; worried when he sees Joss flirting with Dalton, and goes over to "save her". After Emma throws a drink at scummy Dalton. Dalton is not worth it to him.  11/21/2025  --   with Sonny discussing Rocco and how Dante doesn't care for him. Michael arranges a meeting between Gio and BLQ at the hospital. She knows he wasn't responsible for Rocco's choice and tells him Dante erupts when he's worried. Gio calls BLQ mom.  12/1/2025 --    Gio shows up at the mansion for Thanksgiving. While the Q's bring the dinner Chase made to the hospital to take care of the staff -- the way Monica would; Gio stays with Ned and they bond.  12/2/2025 --   Taking the pizza boxes out and runs into BlQ. The two bond some more (finally).    12/3/2025 -- Emma and Gio meet at the Brown Dog to talk recon on Dalton's lab.They bring the dogs from the lab to Sonny's house  12/4/2025 -- Emma and Gio show up at Sonny's house with a gaggle of dogs that they rescued from Dalton's hidden lab.  Rocco is there because of his fight with Dante, who shows up. Ric tells them that they are compromising Rocco's freedom, because they broke the law. Rocco wants his dad to let it go... Dalton is missing, and what would have happened to the dogs?

Then Trina overhears Stella and Marshall talking about Portia's pregnancy...  12/2/2025 --   Trina tells Stella that Curtis and Jordan are involved, so Stella asks Marshall what he knows. Marshall admits he knew about Jordan, and that Curtis knows what he's doing. Stella will have none of that! Both are upset that Curtis is heading to the police station

Ronnie admits it felt good to stick it to Tracy, but she couldn't put Monica's loved ones through this. Martin seethes as his plan is destroyed. He owed Tracy this for putting his ex-wives together and sending him to jail in California. The Q's choose against reporting Martin to the police. They leave him to a higher power...  11/4/2025 -- got money for a house in Duke's County. Tracy throws her out and the Q's leave with her     11/6/2025 -- goes to the mansion to speak with Tracy. Tracy half-asses an apology until Ronnie tells her to "Put a sock in it, Tracy"  Tracy needs her to repeat it.  Monica always said that phrase. Nathan says no, and the two await a CSI report to prove Rocco's innocence.  11/25/2025  --   goes to Juvie and removes Rocco back to the precinct. Michael says he's had that ringtone since Germany.  Kai and Trina are floored to hear Wallow's phone ring "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" as she says Wiley is calling.     1/9/2026 -- With Trina discussing Wallow's ringtone and the fact that she's a big fat liar....They want to come forward but are worried about breaking and entering charges   1/12/2026  -- Kai and Trina approach Alexis with their proof about Wallow truly being the shooter. She advises them they could get into trouble if they go to Justine. She tells them she has to provide good counsel, or she'll lose contact with Scout. They leave, bothered that nothing can be done.  1/13/2026 -- in the courtroom with Trina and Curtis for closing arguments.   1/16/2026  --  Kai and Trina are with Alexis discussing what can be done about Wallow. Alexis admits she knows they are right about Wallow. At court for verdict, Drew witnesses Kai taking to Michael
