Lara Flynn Boyle gives a rare interview for Norwegian(?) television. She looks a bit better than the last time I saw her but there's still some striking comparison shots. It is nice to see her apparently happy. I don't think she addresses not doing the new show.

Looks like the book released next month may or may not be only "Volume 1" according to a new press release using that phrase - allegedly, the book may only chronologically cover

from the days of Lewis and Clark up to the end of the original series.

As Mark Frost has said repeatedly the book would span a larger frame of time (as in, taking us to the present-day), one wonders if Volume 2 might not be coming. Frost and the publisher have yet to deny this when questioned. Who knows.

Looks like this may be confirmed by Mark Frost - a second volume of The Secret History of Twin Peaks, presumably which will cover everything since the original series. (Volume I next month covers the history of the town and its people from colonial times through the end of the original show.) One assumes Volume II would be released next year before the new show.

Angelo Badalamenti talks about working on the new show and gives in-depth stories about creating several classic pieces of music from the original series, including Laura's theme.

Tim Roth talks TP and working with Lynch on the new show.

Sky Atlantic indicates the new series will air (overseas) in May. The American airdate would be either the same time or earlier.

One Sky Upfront attendee even overheard January 2017 for the U.S. premiere, but don’t let that rumor get you too excited yet. Either way, here’s looking at you, Showtime!

Plus these GIFs, apparently connected and posted across social media:

So far all of these sites - some of which were tweeted out by Lynch - are connected to not just TP but many of Lynch's films (Blue Velvet, Lost Highway, The Elephant Man). Whether this viral campaign is wholly about TP or a larger Lynch effort is unknown, but there's a definite focus on Peaks involved and the countdown has begun.

Showtime creates an official Twin Peaks channel, and presents Angelo Badalamenti with a new version of Laura Palmer's Theme.

Fun fact: Famed casting director Johanna Ray is also the mother of Eric DaRe (Leo). She had Eric with Aldo Ray, and Lynch picked Eric to play Leo after he ran the casting sessions for the original show with his mom.

Angelo Badalamenti, Julee Cruise, Trent Reznor and other Lynch associates (many of whom, including Reznor, Chrysta Bell and Wayne Coyne, are working on the new show alongside Badalamenti and Cruise) talk about making music with David Lynch.

A French ad/cover? for The Secret History of Twin Peaks, out at booksellers in two weeks.
