This is a big surprise. Victoria Catlin, who I loved as Blackie, has been out of the public eye for many years allegedly due to a severe auto accident. (Also apparently in line to sign the next batch of cards: Billy Zane and the reclusive Eric DaRe.)

It was either what Leo's character was to say or do in a scene in that episode that made no sense to him and he went to complain. He and James mentioned the 2nd season went off the rails. They cared about the show actually but the higher ups seemed to not care cuz Lynch was gone

The line "Leo needs a new pair of shoes" came from an ad lib where Eric forgot his lines while filming and Lynch kept the cameras rolling and then mentioned to Eric that Leo needs new shoes so he then said the line that made it into the show. #TwinPeaks
