Y&R: Casting call

Longoria stunk on y and r. She was always an awful actress who got lucky

That's an understatement. I remember FF through almost all her scenes because she was so ridiculously bad - I figure it was a joke to hire that actress. Was shocked she had appeared in another soap and I laughed when I heard she was cast on DH - she did improve, but was the second weakest link.

I do think it would be refreshing to see an Asian character on daytime for once. It's almost like they don't even exist on some of these shows.

Anything is better than that thing....

Yes, it would. Y&R has had Asian actors before, but few and very far betwee- Jack's Vietnamese baby mama and son, which sort of copied the story from ATWT (Tom and Lien, who was played by Ming-Na Wen, who ended up having a nice career.) Jill's boyfriend who was murdered - one of the worst decision. (Eric Steinberg now on PLL).

It's a casting call for an Asian or Latina actress and Underwood isn't either of those.

They always get white people in the end anyway. The asian actress going to come on as southern Blair at the end of the day.

I thought Eva Longoria really improved and was by far the funniest on DH, but that's just me. Not to make this an Eva thread.

Why Afterthought Noah has SO much going on already....[rolls eyes]. His life revolves around his mommy. Officer Cover Girl Barbie just makes me laugh. She has as much story as Roxy did.
