One of my favorite parts of the episode when young Louise was writing in her diary about a boy she liked but who was a rotten kisser. When the flashback ends and we see Louise talking to the cat, she says, "He must have gotten it right. Last I heard, he has 12 kids!!!" LOL!!!

I love Shout! as well. They took over completing the DVD sets of Barney Miller (one of my all-time favorite shows), The Bob Newhart Show, Newhart, and the list goes on. Those people ROCK.

I just love the episode where Tom and Helen's son passes for white, and that somehow leads to George and Helen going at it with rhyming insults.

I just adored everything about Helen. The only ones on the show I did not care for were Mr Bentley and that doorman who always wanted a tip. Well, Jenny was dull I guess. Sherman Hemsley is an under appreciated comedic talent.

I really do need to see if any of my locals air The Jeffersons, because I really do miss it. Louise constantly talking about "The HELP Center??" makes me feel warm and fuzzy.

The rhyming insults - or playing the dozens, as it was more commonly known. It was great.

My favorite George moment of the entire show is while he is trading insults with the son he is so pleased with himself he pats his own back.  It so sums up George.  The middle of this clip is a little "Very Special Episode" but the bookends are funny

Some of the special features in the complete set and if u order it directly from Shout Factory you will get it a month earlier in November instead of December.

It's too bad they aren't including the AITF episodes because George was never better than when he was with Archie.   My favorite AITF episode maybe is also my favorite Jeffersons episode from either series

TV One airs it. I usually have shows Friday and Saturday nights, but they were doing Flashback Fridays/Saturdays where they show The Jeffersons, Good Times, and What's Happening!!

I'm sure it sucked, but I kinda wish Checking In was in the syndication package, out of pure curiosity.
