When the flashback ends and we see Louise talking to the cat, she says, "He must have gotten it right. Last I heard, he has 12 kids!!!" LOL!!! I love Shout! as well. They took over completing the DVD sets of Barney Miller (one of my all-time favorite shows), The Bob Newhart Show, Newhart, and the list goes on. Those people ROCK. I just adored everything about Helen. The only ones on the show I did not care for were Mr Bentley and that doorman who always wanted a tip. Well, Jenny was dull I guess.
